B - 2 Duck Eggs scrambled

L - Nando's half chicked and mixed leaf salad
D - Mattesons smoked sausage, mushrooms & 2 egg omlette
S - 1/2 bag fridge raiders and pepperami

E - Walking with 7lb boots on lol and had band tonight, burned about 320cals
W - 3 litres & 1 coke zero in Nando's
 
Oooooh Duck eggs. I love them, but they are not easy to get here.

B: Roast lamb joint left overs and fried eggs.
L: The Carby Cafe as usual.
D: Meat loaf and steamed spinach, spring cabbage and pak choi.

L: Grilled chicken ceasar salad
D: Pork chops, grilled courgettes, salad

sn - last of the leftover shepherd's pie, if I'm hungry enough

e - 2 x 25 min cycle; 45 min walk; 20 min cross trainer; 60 min ironing

If you look on My Fitness Pal on the food database its got loads of Nando's stuff on it. The chicken with skin on is 0 carbs and the salads are really good too. It said the med salad with feta is 4g but I just stuck with the lettuce, peppers and tomatoes yesterday.
 
Had the strangest mix up meal at dinner but I was experimenting with my first ever batch of oopsies.

B - Choc Orange Atkins bar
L - 2x Duck egg mayo, 3 sticks celery and big chunk of cucumber (did have lettuce in there too but would've been forcing it)
S - Mushrooms cooked in garlic, yum!
D - Half a marmite mim toasted with little cheese, then later on half a oopsie roll pizza with 1 slice salami, tsp reduced sugar ketchup and bit of cheese.

W - 4 litres
E - 20mins on cross trainer 100cals
 
sorry all, cant stop, have to go to bed :(

B: pork crunch
L: tuna may salad (measly salad as i forgot to go shopping lol)
D: 2 chicken breasts, cabbage and bacon and chicken gravy

E: does standing around a cricket ground for 2 hrs count?

Hi Steph how do you make the flax porridge and where did you get they syrup from? sounds nice breakfast to make as I'm too lazy to get up and make eggs on a work morning! :D
 
I'm eating all the same things as yesterday!

Although for my snack I might try making oopsies again if I have time later. I've never made any that would 'slice' in half, I dunno what I'm doing wrong but mine are always really flat so I end up using each one as one 'slice', two per sandwich.
 
LadyM thats fine - thats what i do. mine wont slice in half either

I got the cereal online
Flax Z Snax Hot Cereal - Butter Pecan | Low Carb Megastore
and the syrup I got the last time I was home, but is also avail online. Looking at the ingredients of the flax cereal, it looks like something you can make yourself to be honest, it's just flax, protein powder, ground pecans, and wheat bran. So once this is gone I will try making my own. I leave eggs and butter at work and make mims at the office as well
