Stayed the same this week - what am i doing wrong??

Saturday 18/4

Hex A – skimmed milk Hex B – 2 weetabix

Lunch – apple slices, mugshot
Dinner – belly pork – 6.5 syns, jacket potato, salad, light salad cream – 1 syn
Ww greek style yoghurt – 1 syn

Sunday 19/4

Hex A – skimmed milk Hex B – 2 weetabix

Lunch – lamb (fat removed), broccoli, cabbage, carrots, gravy – 2.5 syns
Pineapple, fat free yoghurt
Dinner – 1 slice nimble – 2.5 syns, beans , orange,
Ww greek yoghurt – 1 syn, apple, curly wurly – 6 syns

Monday 20/04

Lunch – ham and egg loaf, salad

Dinner – vegetable pasta, pesto – 1 syn

Dinner – pork chop (fat removed), jacket potato, green beans

I have been following the extra easy plan from home, the first week i lost 1 lb however this week i have stayed the same. would people have a look at this diary for me and advise what i am doing wrong, many thanks xxx
