B - Bacon, small avocado and 4 cherry tomato
L - Tuna and egg salad; soya decaff latte (as my treat for the week's loss)
S - roast beef
D - roast lamb with sour cream and spinach sauce
E - 2 x 20 min walk

D.Sausage bacon,egg creamed chessy mushrooms.
W 3 L.

Treated myself to a Green and Blacks small chocolate bar 12 carbs yummy

B - mim cereal with cream (Jersey double - yummy yummy)
S - couple slices roast beef
L - oopsies with corned beef, cucumber and lc coleslaw
D - rib eye steak, romaine lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, cucumber and spring onion. Home made egg custard for dessert.

W - 4 + litres and coffees
E - 5 miles with dogbert - ran about half a mile of it
A - nope - time for a rest

Had to admit defeat on the caffiene front :sigh:. Did 24 hours, but felt very deprived even though I did find a very nice filter decaf. Just had a proper cup and loved it. :eek: Ahh well, not the end of the world!!

S - 1 babybel cheddar and 6 macadamia nuts
D - Roast pork, cauli and broccoli
S - 2 slices mim with a smear of lemon curd

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees and a couple of tea with milk for a change
E - 5 miles with dogbert
A - nope - oooooo except the bit of advocaat in the lemon curd lol

Cheeseburger Pie
Total carbs 9c. Serves 4
Ingredients:
500g minced beef
50g finely chopped onion
150g chopped mushrooms
100mls double cream
2 heaped tablespoons of mayo
150g strong cheddar grated
3 eggs
salt & pepper to taste


Fry mince, onion and mushrooms together until cooked season to taste, drain off fat, add Lee & Perrins sauce.
Place in a greased foil covered deep pie dish, flatten with spoon.
Beat eggs add mayo, cream and cheese.
Pour over the top of mince, drop olives around the dish and bake in oven Gas mark 5 for 20 to 25 mins until set and golden brown.
Leave to cool before taking out of pie dish, remove foil.
Cut in to portions and wrap in cling film
This freezes very well.
Lovely with salad, cauli mash, or stir fry (Great in lunchboxes)

Optional 1 Tablespoon Lea & Perrins 2c and 10 black olives
 
Made 2 new cheeseburger pies tonight! :-D

S. 8 brazil nuts.

E.20 min walk.
Felt really peckish today and wanted something sweet ate two fudge sweets in work,Think it might be hormones lol.
