What are we eating today?

Afternoon all
Thurs 9/12 - Maint
B - usual flaxmeal porridge and cream
S - tuna mayo and cucumber
L - broccoli and spring greens with melted cheese
S - rest of tuna mayo
D - bacon, eggs, mushrooms

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
A - I lied
E - not even chrismas shopping...................

S- half bag of scratchings
W- not enough
E- still clearing up and washing

E: 40 mins cardio at gym

L - bag of pork scratchings (almost vomited but nothing else available)
D - Roast shoulder of lamb, broccoli, cauli, sprouts
S - MiM, salami, mexicana and goats cheese
W - buckets of coffee
E - 0
A - 1/4 bottle mulled wine (yum yum!)

Must get back to some exercise, despite sore back!

L: Something legal from the Carby Cafe.

S - tuna mayo and cucumber (my latest addiction)
L - Co-op Brussels with garlic pate and kos lettuce (pate 2.6g per 100 and I have had about 100g)
S - nothing with me!!!!! am finishing at 3pm so will be able to pick something up in town if I need to.

W - usual 4 plus coffees
A - going to pub to see band tonight so yes, deffo
E - dancing

L - Mim, after my tripto the loft
D - Not a clue!
W - can't seem to get it down me at the mo
E - wasn't going in the loft enough?!!
A - I'm trying to resist but it is Friday ;)
 
Quiet today.

B - fried egg
L - pate, cheese, sliced meats
D - M&S bacon and cheese rolls (couldn't find any in tesco and was fixated on them)
S - MiM and hazelnut butter, kabanos snack sized, half a Thornton's diabetic fudge bar
W - not enough
E - nothing, although I had time this morning I farted about instead. MUST TRY HARDER!
A - 0 - out tonight and tomorrow night so an alcohol-free weekend for me!

No veg at all today, I know that's bad but I was eating on the run most of the time - will make it up tomorrow
 
Day 1 (Yesterday) I had:

B 3 large egg omelette, with parmesan grated.
S A mim (sweet with splenda and cinnamon) with butter spread on it that melted as still warm.
L turkey steak, with a few sprouts, and a tsp cranberry sauce (whoops) /Turkey with small amount jerk marinade.
D feta cheese and cucumber, ate too much feta cheese though.
W - Not enough, had some water, cups tea and total 5g dried milk in tea (nearly 3g carbs in that)
E - None
A - None, I don't drink

Is this ok?? How can I improve this??
Not eaten yet due to getting up at 11.30 again because of dark curtains I must change them.
 
Looks great R, apart from the cranberry sauce (naughty naughty). And you should try soya milk to whiten your tea - the alpro light is really low in carbs!

D - massive bowl of green veg with cheese sauce (to make up for yesterday) and a drumstick
S - Mim and pate pencilled in for supper

E - 0 (hangs head in shame)
A - 0 out tonight again, driving again, so free of alcohol all weekend!

B - usual flaxmeal porridge with cream (although I have managed to get the one from H&B with the nuts and Q10 which I love)
L - hmmmmmmmmmmm large americano from costa coffee with 3 out of a packet of 10 wafers- yes I know, beat me with a big stick - please?
D - slow cooker roasted beef with horseradish - so feckin yummy I cannot tell you :)
S - slices of cucumber with lc pate from yesterday - a few crisps....
devillishly hot pork crunch from asda- hot but recommended :)
A - chianti and irish
W - nowhere near enough
E - shopping lol
 
Been so busy have barely had time to jot down what im eating. But so far staying on plan

L: 4 pieces of 'flavoured' chicken from the Tesco hot deli counter (starving after xmas shopping)
D: Brocolli + Stilton soup and mini cheese salad (yummy)
W: Not sure enough
A: 4 pints of lager (whoops but I'm fine with it - it's xmas-ish time)
E: Christmas shopping...STRESS!

Really found it difficult to finish 4th pint last night. Atkins has totally annihilated my alcohol tolerance, to the point where I'm wondering if I even like it anymore. I wasn't hammered, it just made me feel a bit icky. I was out the night before and had 2 pints - enjoyed those but didn't feel like I wanted more. I used to easily do 6-7 pints (middleweight) on a night out. Strange how things change eh!

It's the works xmas do next week, I'm actually quite worried how much of a boring lightweight I'm going to be!

Know just what you mean Michael - I have gone off red wine :eek:, which my friends find very hard to believe, I used to bathe in the stuff. Now even the smell makes me feel queasy, and had a glass on Friday of a brand I used to like, and it tasted off...
