What are we eating today?

i think i have begginers flu,i look at my steak and feel a little unwell,i know i'll
cook some lovely wings tomorrow and have peppers cooked in garlic butter.
also my hubby is away and i miss him.
 
b- migraine !!
l-eggs and bacon
d- chicken salad and jacobs flatbreads x 2 ( new 6g each )

1 chocolate hobnob fell into my mouth at 3pm !!!
 
yeah ........ but the migraine was before the choc !! ok i'll take the telling off ......thanks leanne ........... train now leaving platform with susan on it ! .............. just going to get a glass of water xx
 
well it would take you 4 hrs !!! and with an hours less sleep tonight you would be tired ! xx

Evening all, catching up with two days again.

Yesterday:
B - two fried eggs
L - duck leg and sausage
D - sirloin steak, cauli, broccoli
S - corned beef, cheese
W - buckets
E - 0
A - truckloads

Today:
B - two fried eggs, slice bacon
L - Atkins advantage bar (hangover)
D - sausages, pork belly, and broccoli
S - pate, coleslaw, peanut butter
W - lots
E - 0
A - sipping a vodka and diet sprite now and may have another, but that'll be it - running early in the morning (extra early with the clocks going back) ;)

well reminded - should go to bed 1 hour early but of course a) we wont b) I'll forget in the morning :)

Lol susan. Actually we use the wii fit. Thought about buying new scales (i only have some rubishy analogue ones that vary widely by the second) but decided that it would be too easy to become addicted. For the wii i have to trog down 2 flights of stairs on a monday morning and keep everything crossed. Means that i pay more attention to fit of my clothes during the week too so that makes me feel better on the inevitable sts weeks :)
 
would love a set of scales that weigh in miniscule amounts !!! x

B/L - big omelette with lardons
D - lamb curry with lettuce and mayo
W - 3 litres (I did 4 yesterday, blimey)
E - walk
A - no - on detox now :)
 
morning all as British summer time begins,hope you all sprang forward with your clocks. :D
sausages,and eggs.
tuns salad with mayo
steak peppers and mushrooms
snack will be chicken wings
lots of water.
cleaning out the fish tank
