L: VLCD soup - veg I think. One of my fav's
D: Chicken curry with steamed vegatables
And at some point through the day will have either a bar or another shake.

BB and Jim, does celeriac taste a lot like celery? It's from the same family isn't it? I hate celery but have never tried celeriac and thinking I might give it a go.

Oddly it doesn't really Sarah, I'd describe it as a cross between a potato and a turnip somehow.

Yeah, it has a kind of spicy taste to it like a turnip, its so good and you can treat it just like a potato. I hate celery too. Xx

Before I forget, I just have to say a big UGH to the marmite...

*shiver*

I like Marmite. :D it's like the ads isn't it. Love it or loathe it.

Thanks guys. Will give celeriac a go then. Will have to see if they sell it on my local market. Got a great veg stall.
