What are we eating today?

I've drank all the way through, at first it was one per day (drank so much before that it would have been dangerous to stop completely) anyways, over easter I have crept up, and this has stalled me. I've cut down again this week and lost a little, but know the only way to lose regular 2lbs is to stop drinking :-(

Alcohol is my big downfall, I can't seem to help imbibing at weekends even though I know it stalls my weight loss. It's such a pity after being really good all week to throw it away like that! Must try harder...

B - bacon & scrambled eggs
L - chicken mayo & salad
D - grilled salmon, steamed broccoli & cauliflower
Snacks - Applewood smoked cheddar cheesesticks (these are HEAVENLY!), Pepperami

coffee with cream.
dinner, chicken salad
Tea, chicken wrapped in bacon with cheese topping, cabbage and leek mix and mushrooms

im on a celebratory roll with more weight loss this week.
B: Cheese Omlette
L: Ham, bit of salad, pickled onions
T: Fish with cajun seasoning, roast onions/musroom/peppers
treat: Atkins advantage bar, chopped up, eaten throughout the day

My day will be:

B: exante shake
L: exante soup
D: Wild salmon and king prawns with stir fry veggies - can't wait!

L - chicken mayo salad (I have this for lunch pracitcally every day, I am boring!)
D - grilled salmon & steamed veg again

I do tend to eat the same things over and over again during the working week, but I try to put a bit of variety in at weekends and try new recipes when I have the time. Yesterday I bought some soya flour and will be attempting to make a low carb version of KFC at the weekend. Has anyone ever tried this? All tips gratefully accepted!

B: Scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tea with unsweetened soya milk
L: chicken & mushroom soup
D: Burgundy chicken - stewed rhubarb & cream
Treat: few pieces of chopped atkins bar (DH and I are both on atkins so I chop a few different bars and we have a little bit now and again) or a sula chocolate toffee.

B Poached eggs on brown toasted wholemeal.
L: That'll be the Cafe as usual.
D: Something with stewing steak.

B: Oopsie with philly and ham
L: Egg mayo, pastrami, bit of Brie
T: Homemade burgers wth leans steak mince, onions and mushrooms, sprinkled with cheese, a creamy mushroom sauce (homemade) and roast veggies
Treat will be atkins bar chopped up and eaten throughout the day
 
I didn't go to the Cafe for lunch after all, it's such a nice day I went to Tesco and bought a sushi pack and then went to the park and ate it. Lovely.

B. Left over pork chop! (never had a pork chop for brekkie before but was quite tasty!)
L. omlette with cherry toms and matesons sausage and cheese was delicious! jelly and cream for pud, being very self indulgent today.
T. chicken breast in garlic mushroom sauce with cabbage and broccoli. 1 x vodka and tonic or maybe two lol
 
Tut Tut, midweek drinking. :D

d - indian takeaway, probably mixed tandoori grill or lamb shashlik with half a portion of saag paneer & small salad

... and NO BOOZE. :)
