What are we eating today?

L: tin tuna, mayo, cucumber, lettuce, 2 slice bacon crispy cut into tiny slices and sprinkled on top!
D: 2 chicken breasts, leek, cabbage mm yum! lol
Ss: babybels, pepperamis

B: Poached eggs on brown wholemeal toast.
L: The Cafe as usual
D: Well it's Friday so first the pub and then a donner and salad.
 
B: Jims big breakfast minus the toast
L: I dont think I can manage any lol
D: Roast pork, broc, cauli & leek

and no doubt an atkins bar at some point... :)
 
ah, are you talking of my breakfast this morning or my usual Sunday one Cherry. :D
 
Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon
Snack - nuts
Lunch - working and no time to eat, so nuts in car on the way home and then some olives at home.
Dinner - Sirloin steak and salad...

Trying to cut out the Atkins bars, or at least limit them to once a week...maybe it will speed up my weight loss....heres hoping...lol..

B: Porridge and berries (Brr it's cold this morning)
L: The Cafe as usual.
D: We have loads of left over roast beef, so something with that and steamed pak and bok choi.
 
I have no idea why I'm posting on here what I've eaten because I went off the deep end. It's after lunch and I've eaten a bag of lay potato chips vinegar and salt, I just love them and a kebab :eek: well at least it was good.. You know I'm working out tonight LOL..
 
5:30 am- 2 scrambled eggs
10:30 - 1 fried egg, 2 slices bacon, 1 sausage (all there was in canteen at work)
2:30 pm - mixed nuts in the car
Tonight - salmon and salad I think...
 
Think i ll log my meals too if no one minds xx

L=pork,mixed salad
D=chicken,2 oz brie.green pepper.mixed salad
S=1 bag hot spircy pork snack and 1 aitkins peanut bar .

L=not sure think chicken salad but still full!

B: left over lamb curry.
L: I'm meeting Colleen for lunch today.
D: Something with prawns as I got a big bag out, either salad (unlikely in this weather) or more likely prawns, ginger and chilli flash fried in Olive Oil
 
The day started so well and then i had a little bit of a gourge still within carbs but will try to be good tomorrw.
B=2 oopsie rolls 2 rashers bacon 1 oz chedder
L=chicken 1 cup lettuce
D=pork 1 cup brocolli
S=10 nuts 2 aitkins bars and a bag of hot and spicy pork crunch .xx
