That plate of food looks good Jim.
I am copy and pasting Stormys menu and using it next day .must get some olives
love them . What about Fetta cheese is it ok? that is a fav aswell.

Brunch: bacon and scrambled eggs
Afternoon: nutty atkins bar
Tea: Chicken peices with spices (chilli, garlic and paprika) and a handful of salad with mayonaise.

3rd day and feeling good!

B - scrambled egg, smoked salmon
L - 2oz cheddar, 1 hard boiled egg, salad & mayo
D - chicken breast wrapped in bacon and roasted in a little butter, served with brocolli, cauliflower

Drinks - loadsa water, couple decaff coffees with cream

Exercise - the usual walk 2 miles ea. way to work

Lots of water and decaff coffee.

E: not sure yet as have to wait in for a new washing machine and I like to walk.

Linz, make sure the "chips" are really dry, they cook crisper then.
 
I wrap them in kitchen towels love. Or you could try that lettuce dryer thing if you have one, sort of a rotating drum thing?

L - 2 hard boiled eggs, salad, mayo
D - Salmon cooked in oven with a little butter, veg (depends what i can get on the way home)

Drinks - the usual, 2 decaff coffee ea. with a tblsp cream + loads water

Exercise - walk to work & back (total 4 miles)

Very cold this morning will have to wrap up warmly.
