What are we eating today?

Peanuts, roasted (3oz) 10g Carbs
 
I am just starting today. But i was not off to a good start as i forgot to have breakfast (a very bad habit which i will need to break.

lunch i had egg and bacon, which was lovely, but felt to be so naughty to! hehe.

tea i am having tuna mayo on baby spinach and cubes of cheese.
 
What a lovely sunny (but bloomin' cold) morning!

B: protein shake
L: omlette perhaps?
D: baked trout, steamed veggies & strawbs with cream!
 
Induction, day 7

Snow here this morning!

B - 2 egg omlette, 2oz grated cheese
L - stir-fried turkey, salad (cucumber, lettuce, celery, red pepper)
D - curried minced beef, cauliflower, broccoli

Drinks - the usual water (at least 2L), couple of decaff coffees with 1 tblsp cream in each

Exercise - decorating so will be up and down the step ladder - dunno if you can call that exercise though!

L- atkins bar and mini chedder cheese
D- steak with creamy garlic mushrooms and spinach, sugar free jelly and whipped cream

sat night treat- atkins peanut butter cup and pkt pork sratchings!!

S- String cheese
D- Cauliflower and cheese

Drinks - coke zero, sugar free red bull, peppermint tea, water
 
Stormy,Looking forward to see how the weigh in goes. I shall get weighed on Monday. Only had one meal today was not hungry but had taken peanuts yesterday so maybe it will balance??? I hope.

B - Spinach & cheese omlette (never bought spinach before!), it was yummy in the omlette
L - tin tuna, salad, 10 black olives, 1 tblsp mayo
D - steak, fried aubergine, broccoli, a homemade creamy mustard sauce

Drinks - at least 2L water plus 2 decaff coffee each with tblsp cream in

Exercise is more decorating

B - spinach omlette
L - salad with chopped up leftover steak (must be a first i couldn't eat all my steak last night!)
D - cauliflower cheese, [STRIKE]broccoli, cabbage[/STRIKE], courgettes fried in a little oil

Drinks - at least 2L water, couple decaff coffee with tblsp cream in each

Exercise - i doubt it today, beginning of a very busy week at work...

Good morning all, I'm up 4lbs on posted weight after Friday's night out and our anniversary dinner yesterday. LOL. back on induction for me.

B: Sausage, Egg and Bacon.
L: The Cafe as usual I fancy a cheese omelette.
D: Something with stewing beef, probably a casserole or stew as it's freezing here.
 
B: gammon and egg
L: salad leaves with sausages & mayo
D: roast chicken, bit of broccoli and mayo
S: babybel and other bits of cheese

Induction, day 10 (wow that's gone so quickly!)

Aargh, feeling rough today - sore throat, sniffly nose, seems i haven't been able to avoid the horrible cold going around at work :sigh:

B - cheese & spinach omlette (100g spinach, 1 oz cheese, 2 eggs, 1 tblsp cream) yum!

L - tuna & salad (celery, lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, 1 tiny tomato), 1 tblsp mayo

D - Chicken breast wrapped in 2 rashers bacon baked in oven in some butter. Broccoli, cabbage

Drinks - the usual 2 litres+ of water, decaff coffee x2 with tblsp cream

Exercise - highly unlikely!

Morning all, I'm down a pound already, well on my way back to normal. :D

B: Left over Beef Casserole.
L: That'll be the Cafe as usual.
D: My Mothers Danish meatballs, I got the pork mince out this morning. Steamed spinach and kale.
