I think I shall be able to disassociate well enough to enjoy my roast!!
 
You lot are evil haha, I do love roast lamb though. Thanks for advice on chorizo. Is it black farmer sausage you are talking about I found them in Tesco too last night

If its the morrisons sausage its the pork and chorizo one they are yummy :D
I like the black farmer ones but sometimes i really crave a richmond grease fest but they are sooo carby!

B= duck egg & salami
L= rocket salad with parmesan and pine nuts (best choice of a bad lot at a restaurant)
S = turkey plain (when I got home; need take low carb snack to work for the 4pm munchies)
D=3 sausages & grilled fennel
 
Tonight I roasted... brocolli, leeks, mushrooms, aubergines, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, peppers & shallots chucked in some chorizo & then baked with some grated cheddar on top... it was delish!!

Was interesting to read about roasting brocolli (make sure its covered in oil or it blackens) mushrooms, leeks & asparagus... never thought about doing that before always really associated it with root veg, just shows its worth thinking out of the box!!
 
They are 97% pork Vicky, I haven't checked the carb count because I don't need to. :D

B: left over meat loaf (yum Yum) and some fried eggs.
L: The Carby Cafe as usual
D: TFIF! The pub and then a donner or curry.

L - sardine salad (the office is going to stink)
D - undecided but probably chilli hot dogs and cheese

exercise - whats that? its friday and its raining!

reducing the fat levels to stop the hearburn - hopefully

Lunch: Ginger and coconut MIM with cream cheese

Dinner: 2 veggie sausages, 2 fried eggs.

Snack: broccoli and cauliflower with grated cheddar cheese
