What are we eating today?

Hey all,

B- Atkins bar
L- 3 Chicken legs 'spicy'
T- Chicken and cheese cubes
D- Sugar free jelly & double cream

Snacks- 2x Cheese strings & 1 packet of pork scratching

L: ham salad
D: big juicy steak with loads of vegetables!
Snack: cheese cubes.

B: left over spag bol, not very nice. :(
L: That'll be the carby Cafe again I suppose.
D: Pan fried monk fish and steamed green leaf veggies.
 
Poor July :( hope you feel better soon. I was like that the other week. Be careful with the strepsils do they have sugar in???

B - chorizo and pork sausage and 2 fried eggs
L - tuna and prawn salad with mayo
D - chicken breasts with leeks and cheese sauce and asparagus
s - 2 x babybel

It just didn't taste that nice once re heated this morning Vicky, it was nice last night but not this morning.

T-Will b chicken kebab from kebab shop

Snacks- SF Jelly&double cream, and cheese string.

It is ok 4 me to have a kebab isnt it even tho its my 1st week, i have chicken breast pieces, lettuce, red cabbage & mayo.

Afternoon!

B- 2 eggs, mushrooms, 1 tomato..
S- very small salad (lettuce, cucumber,1 cheery tomato) praws and mayo.

L- If i feel like it quiche..
D- Salad with chicken.

I wont be able to shop much this week so going to have to live on salads and whatever i can find at work.. will be carb friendly tho.. Good job i freezed some food at home!! pheeww!!
 
If you have salad all week you are bound to lose loads LOL
Ive just eaten some of your quiche recipe - much prefer it warm to cold!

B- 1 of those egg muffin things 4got what they are called haha??
L- 3 slices of beef
T- will be 2 pork loin steaks with broc & bisto gravy'just a bit' (2.4carbs)

Snacks.....trying not 2 snack today!
 
so where's the veggies then? broccoli, is that it love?
