What are we eating today?

well im having veg with my tea.....i aint been shopping and im not a vegy person really, i do like salad stuff tho.....will av salad tomo with lunch ;) hehe.
 
b: whey shake (had no time!)
L: ham salad with a little mayo
D: ham and spinach omelette
S: cheese cubes and a peperami

Managed 3 litres today - mostly water, but some tea and a low sugar squash (as a treat for finishing my water!)

B - smoked salmon
L - chicken and chorizo salad
D - chicken, bacon and leek bake topped with cheese, and some broccoli

Not made it into ketosis yet - gutted as Ive been trying so hard :(
