What are we eating today?

Good morning all

B: Lamb Curry and steamed spinach.
L: Not sure, I think we have a meeting today
D: TFIF! pub and then a donner. :D
 
Afternoon peeps!!

On late shift today!

B- 2 egg and 2 seek kebabs
S- String Cheese
L- sheaperds pie
S- String cheese
D- (ok here goes) broccli, cauli, mushroom, beef sausage,cheese bake.

Hows that? lolz make the bake last night just bunged evenrything in.. a tiny bit of cream and cheese cream so it didnt dry up. Probs wont eat all my snacks but ive come armed for my late shift at work!

on my 2nd cup of tea already! the tea makes the paracetamol work faster me thinks!! the dreaded TOM is a pain!!
 
b - 2 rashers bacon (was in a rush)
s - chicken wings
l - chicken caeser salad
d - indian take away (couldn't resist - lamb tikka, chicken masala, curried spinach - hoping its not too bad)
 
B - bacon & egg
L - Chicken & chorizo salad
D - 3black farmer sausages with cabbage

1 decaf coffee with cream today
 
Yesterday:

B - 2 black farmer sausage & scrambled egg
L - Prawn salad with mayo
D - chicken tika & spinach with salad

Plus 1 decaf coffee with cream & 1 pepermint tea.

Today:

B - (pre-gym) smoked salmon (post-gym) asparagus, parma ham and 2 boiled eggs.
L - chicken salad
D - steak, spinach and cream/blue cheese sauce

Put a pound on!!??? Gutted :( stuck so closely to book this week - weighing and measuring everything!!
 
b - chick wings + bacon
l - thai buffet - ate anything that didnt look carby, tried to stay away from onions carrot, but it was too hard to not eat some
d - possibly chicken supreme thats in my freezer + cabbage

reckon I dropped out of ketosis due to the curry on friday - i have had a headache yesterday and today, stix showed -ve today hopefully will be back in tomorrow if i didn't mess up at the thai.
The amount of eating out i do can't really be avioded so i can only do my best - i'm doing better than I have on any other diet as usually end up drinking and having dessert

L: A Cafe as usual today.
D: Probably meat loaf, I got some mince out, but maybe Mousakka, though it is beef not lamb.

D - stuffed huge mushrooms and lots and lots of greens
S - pepperami.

Hello all,

Ill today so a real struggle but need to keep proteins up hey!

B - smoked salmon
S - cube of cheese and packet of pub pork crunchies (0.3g carbs, trace sugar in the crunchies - fab as they are more aerated than other pork scratchings ive had so taste more like a puffed corn crisp)
L - peppered mackerel and salad
D - chicken stuffed with a lil blue cheese and wrapped in bacon, with spinach, cabage and leeks.

Does this sound ok? salad weighed at 2portions and veg at 1 portion.

I'm back every one, tried ww but found I was hungry all the time.

Drinks decaf coffee with sweetener & cream
