What are we eating today?

Morning all

B: Left over meat loaf, I had though of making moussaka but didn't have any aubergine in.
L: The Carby Cafe I suppose.
D: Lamb chops and steamed green veggies
 
B: gammon and a couple of fried eggs
L: salad with prawns and tuna
D: left over roast pork with cauliflower cheese
S: don't know, depends if I need any!

morning :) MUST MUST MUST get back up to drinking my 2 litres at least of water ive been quite naughty :(

Im working 14 hours today launcing a new ideas scheme in work (yes im wearing the t-shirt and baseball cap for promotion) so ive packed in my bag:-

B - Coffe & cream, egg, 3 bacon & mushrooms
L - Chicken, egg mayo salad with some cheese
D - Same as Lunch
S - Pork scratchings

Had a quick peek on the scales again this morning and another 1lb gone. According to FATSECRET, i have been under my allowed calories by 300 each day this week and having just under 20g of carbs.
Struggling with water intake as i find coke zero is far nicer. I need to up my water!
 
That's a long day, I'm pleased I don't do them anymore.
 
B - some sliced chorizo
L - Ham salad
D - Fish pie in oven (cod, salmon & smoked haddock in sauce made with 90ml cream and handfull of grated cheese, topped with mashed cauliflower and a bit more cheese)

B: EAS carb control shake, strawberry.

L: Low carb linguine with Philadelphia cream cheese, salt, pepper, small amount of mayo

D: Mixed vegetable (lots!) omelette

S: Not sure

1ltr water, the rest as tea!

help am n a really snacky mood keep wanting to eat even though not hungry - not wanting to break out the carbs but this s the first time i have wanted to pick in a long time

B- big chocolate MIM sliced in two.. spread a lil peanut butter put back together and sliced like finges... hmmm.. thats got last the whole day as a snack aswell.

L- Vegi bake

had a fab start to the morning - one of the dogs weed on my bed so had to take duvet to dry cleaners!

Hi, thanks all it is lovely to be back. Only been doing this for two days and the scales have dropped 4lb, must be all water as i spent most of yesterday popping to the loo..lol
Yesterday's menu
B: Scrambled eggs and bacon
L: Burger grilled with cheese and salad
D: Mim with butter and cream cheese and cue...didn't like the mim very much tasted eggy, do I have to put an egg in the mix?
Snacks: boiled egg, 2 slices ham & celery, 1/2 of a atkins choc bar (1 carb)

Today's menu
B: Grilled bacon & fried eggs
L: Brie and ham salad
D: 2 lamb chops roasted, cauliflower and broccoli, maybe make a little sauce with the lamb pan juices,water and a little cream
Snacks: none so far but I do have some sf jelly and cream at the ready.
