Today I've had
B: bacon & 1 fried egg
L: 2 large mushroom topped with cream cheese & cheddar & baked in the oven, with a leafy salad, 2 tsps of flax seeds & 1 tbsp of salad dressing
D: 2 chicken thighs, cabbage fried in butter with bacon bits & broccoli
S: had a bar after lunch - peanut very nice and later on had some SF jelly & cream - super yummy & satisfied my sweet craving
