What are we eating today?

B: on the run -1 sausage, couple of small chunks of cheese (i had more, but the aircon is broke in the office and it turned to rubber, FAST! bleurgh)
L: last nights chicken, salad and mayo
D:cauliflower cheese made with philly, cream and cheese (but the cream sauce split in the oven so wasnt that nice. with bacon sprinkles on top.. nom nom

plenty of water...feel like a bloody fish! lol

BUT - *drum roll please* had a sneaky peak at the scales (boots, i dont have any at home) and i have apparently lost 8lb, this is less than a week and i am 4lb heavier than i was in july last year!!!
ill weigh properly on friday x

L: The Carby Cafe as usual.
D: I fancy meatloaf so I got some mince out of the freezer.

Mmmm I love corned beef!

The pie was delish! I had my portion and left the rest to cool. When I went back later to break it up into portions to freeze, I was picking away at it :eek: It tastes good cold too!!

No liver on induction! It's because the liver is where carbs are stored.

No to the beans, and no to the tomato's on induction I'm afraid, having said that I did eat chilli on induction sometimes.

L: ham, oopsie roll, lettuce, spinach, cucumber and half of tomatoe 3.7 carbs
D: veg with some meat i think
Snack: homemade linseed cocoa cake with butter cream in middle

Hi all......
my meals today were....

B: fridge raiders (southern fried, didnt like them lol)
L: Chicken and salad (all green) with mayo
D: home made pork burgers with green salad and blue cheese and mayo.
3ltr water

I have NOT snacked in between meals now for 2/3 days, dont feel the need! i have not craved chocolate or crisps and feel great..

anyone else feeling like this> is this ketosis?

L: Not Legal, we have a sales meeting today, so carby finger food.
D: TFIF! The jockey and then a donner with salad.

remember I'm on Maint though. The normal donner is OK, I suspect the spicy chicken donner may have some sugars.
