B - 3 rashers bacon, handful mushrooms & 3 eggs all chucked together in a pan and fried
L - Spinch & mixed leaf corned beef & cheese salad
D - Brocolli and Stilton soup
 
I'm not that hard to suss out am I girls.

Men are simple creatures really, give us our

Drink
Sport
and
Nookie

and we are content.

Friday's Foody Menu:

B: 2 eggs, scrambled, smoked salmon (65g) pork loin
L: 2 pork loins, watercress salad
D: Ribeye steak, mushrooms and spinach
W: 2lts and counting
S: None

B: Atkins Day break bar as on the run (again!)
L: 2 x Sausages, 1 rasher bacon & 1 egg
D: Will be Roasted Chicken Breast (Is from the rotisserie counter ok?) and either a spinach leaf or watercress salad.

Plus, i can't stop peeing today.. drank so much water as it's really humid :D

I havent lost anything since -2lbs on Tuesday though.. is this normal? :confused:

Hmmm.... well there's some things on that list that I'D like everyday but it just doesn't happen *strops*

Zosaphine - yep, that's usual. Lots of people stall after an initial loss. Just stick with it hun and it'll happen :)
 
Today I have had:
Breakfast: Scrambled egg n bacon 1.5c
Lunch: Chicken tikka 2.2c, Ham, Cheese n Chive dip 1.5c, few bits of pork crunch, SF jelly 0.5c with tiny bit of double cream
Dinner: Chicken breast stuffed with mini babybel wrapped in bacon, large sliced red pepper 8c
Will prob have more jelly later.

B: leftover roast pork
L: Steak, fried eggs and cabbage
D: Donner kebab (no bread, no chilli)

E: nowt save running round after my manic 2 year old
W: 3 litres up to now

B - Ginger Mim with chopped strawbs and fullfat yog
L - Chicken drumsticks, green salad and chick/bacon s/w filling
D - Rump with green salad, bin 53

E - 1.25 hours walk with dog
S - pork crunch
W - about 4.5 litres so far

hi all, m,y menu today was....

B: 4 thin slices of toasted mIM and Roulé cheese
L: Corned beef salad and mayo (same as EVERYDAY for the last 7 weeks lol)
D: Tuna steak, salad, mayo and the rest of the MIM sliced, toasted and Roulé

no snacks,
5/6 pints water (possibly more actually when i think about it)
3 vodka and fizzy
1 plain glass of fizzy

and by gum its hot here so i expect to drink another pint through the night lol (water)

I woke up late for work this morning so I was dashing around! Had to bring my 3 eggs to work and have scrambled egg here :rolleyes:

D - No idea. Will be something real quick as I have to dash straight out after work.

Dinner: Kofta curry meatballs and brown rice

Mullerrice, pears, SW scanbran ginger cake (coupla slices 1 syn ea), and I'm going to make rice pudding - yum!

Am sure you've guessed that I follow SW!
 
Zosaphine - that's very normal, chuck. Stick with it and try to only count your losses weekly (even if you do weigh more often!).

Well yesterday I ended up getting ribs with my foo yung which were supposed to do me for lunch and snacking today, of course they were gone by morning! But still another lb off this morning so I don't think any damage done.

b - 2 sossie & 2 boiled eggs
l - cheese & ham oopsie, possibly an Atkins choc decadence bar
d - thai green chicken curry & cauli rice
sn - none as dinner will be quite late.
water - as much as I can, it's always a bit less at weekends.

Evening all, lovely warm day! Just back in from gardening, was meant to do a spring clean but can't resist the sunshine! :)

B: Bacon sandwich with 1/2 lavash bread & tiny bit of low sugar ketchup
L: Grilled salmon & avocado rocket & spinach salad with 2 tsp pesto
D: Grilled halloumi & peppers, greek salad, tzatziki, white wine spritzer or 2

S: 1/4 bag pork crunch, brazil nuts, 1/3 atkins brownie bar
E: Many hours of gardening
W: 2 litres of water and mint tea

Hope everyone is enjoying the weather!

B - 6:30am 1 Kabanos sausage and Atkins bar later about 7:30 before I went swimming
L - 8oz Rump Steak (Rare so still going moo!) and salad from Wetherspoons - asked instead of chips/jacket and peas etc if I could just have salad and they were very accommodating
D - Not entirely sure, going to Mums for a "Ploughmans" with cooked meats, cheeses and salad etc (they'll be having bread and taties etc but I'm not)

W - 3 litres and counting
E - Swimming this morning and spent about 4 hours walking round Doncaster market with a big heavy rucksack on filled with stuff from butchers etc.
 
B 3 boiled eggs, strong cup of coffee with creamer
L slice of cheese, salad with 2 cucumbers and ranch dressing
D piece of atkins friendly homemade cheesecake, and a chicken breast

E none
W 1 liter -- no wonder I am retaining H2o! Need to get glugging -- any suggestions how to convince myself of this?
