B - Egg salad
L - Atkins brownie bar
D - Chicken with phily and some cucumber and tomato
S - Choc pudding

Total net carbs - 17g

 
Yesterday

B - Bacon and egg salad
L - Field mushroom stuffed with spinach, garlic and gruyere [sp] cheese.
D - ribeye steak with buttered asparagus, mushrooms and onions.

S - 1 sugar free polo mint, whiskey and sugar free lemonade.
E - 2.7 mile run
W - 7 pints

TODAY

B - bacon, eggs, tomato & cucumber. 3.8nc
L - Atkins cracker with cheese, mayo, marmite, tomato and pepper. 7nc.
D - Pork lion chop with cabbage.

S - salted nuts 2.8nc,
E - 3.8 mile run
W - 4 pints so far.
 
Breakfast - 3 egg omlette with a handfull of sliced mushrooms
Lunch - Nothing, was still full
Dinner - ham, salad leaves with a spicy mayo (mayo with tobasco mixed in)
Snacks - probably a nibble of stilton later in front of the TV
Water - at least 3 litres (its so hot today!!)
 
Saturday
B/L - Bacon, lc sausage and scrambled egg
D - Salad with a pork loin chop from last night, a chicken thigh, 2 slices corned beef, bit of coleslaw, pickled onions
S - half a mim with philly, 1 piece 85% cocoa choc

W - at least 4 litres plus coffees
A - having a voddy and coke zero and plan on another
E - not enough but need to give my thighs a day off as they are very sore, probably about half an hour walking (at least half of it up hill)
 
Urgh gone way off track today, had a really really bad day and turned to food. Don't know what damage I've done, guess I'll find out monday lol :(

Well:

B - Boiled eggs mashed up with butter and some salt mixed in...

L - Tin of red salmon with mayo / cider vinegar, spring onions, a bit of a pepper, 3 little plum tomatoes.

D - Two pork chops / mushrooms / salad.

Snack - 5 strawberries! A touch of Robinsons reduced sugar mix in a pint of water.

I don't know if it's absolutely faithful... but so far I've been losing so I guess I'll find out Friday. Seems a long way off :-(
 
Sunday
B - Half a mim with butter
L - Mixed grill with salad
D - Corned beef with lc coleslaw

E - 1 hour 20 mins with dogbert down the canal
A - 3 dry white wine and soda
W - only about 2 litres and 3 coffees, definitely not enough
 
Been totally off the rails this weekend, back on induction tomorrow x
 
I have been eating waaaaaaay too many calories. Yes I know Atkins is not calorie based, but still, too many calories are too many calories =\
All of these LOVELY cheeses and cream and whipped cream, my downfall.

I am ashamed, I shall try to post here daily to limit my indulgences :cry:
 
Hellooo Back on strict induction here, I am 16 lbs over posted weight.

B: Sausage, egg and bacon.
L: Chicken Salad if I can find it.
D: Lasagne with squash spaghetti
 
Well done fattea and welcome back Jim - you know how to holiday dontcha?????

As my weight has started to creep up, about a lb a week it appears, I am going to have to cut back on some of the luxuries I think, cheese and cream will have to take a backseat and will have to leave off the alcohol, I know it is all allowed and have been within 20 carbs but something is not working properly (probably the booze although it has all been vodka or dry white wine and not huge amounts either) it is probably to do with being on such low calories for so long - rebound - body trying to get back to where it was - not a chance!

Monday
B - 3 slices of mim - nothing on them
S - 4 slices corned beef
L - 2 chicken thighs and green salad
S - saus and egg muffin - home made
D - cheeseburger pie and spring greens
S - rest of mim - nothing on it

W - usual 5 litres - only 2 coffees (cutting that out in case it is the sweeteners that are having an effect)
A - none none none
E - 1 hour in gym after work and 1 hour with dogbert (managed to run 2 km at the gym)

1 slice portion of WeightWatchers brownie (homemade mix) 13 c

S: 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice cheese w a bit of mayo spread
1 golightly choc mint hard candy -- 4 c

L: Green bean stew w lamb meat on the bone

D: not sure

W: 1 liter so far
E: maybe a walk around the block for an hour???

90g cheddar cheese

Lunch:
2 burgers
2tbsp of coleslaw

Dinner:
Chicken
Cabbage (not sure of weight yet but it's be a very large potion)

Snacks:
100g cucumber

Drinks:
1 cup normal tea with soya milk + 2tsp splenda
3 cups of green tea
4 litres of water

Exercise: going to do a 20min work out on ea active. Prob go on the wii fit as well later when kids are in bed.
