What are we eating today?

Good morning.

B: left over Lasagne.
L: The Cafe as usual, I'll be looking for a salad.
D: Pan fried fish and steamed green leaf veggies.
 
B - None
L - Tin tuna with half an onion, mayo and grated cheese mixed in
D - Mince fried up with garlic, chilli, couple spring onions, few mushrooms and a tsp garam massala powder. Spring greens sauteed in butter.

Tuesday - still showing up slightly but not changing ticker - it will come off!!

B - 3 slices mim with nothing on plus 4 slices corned beef
L - tuna mayo and green salad
S - egg and saus muffin
D - minced beef and mushrooms with a little curry paste (pataks) green beans and broccoli
S - rest of mim plus a coffee

W - usual 5 litres
A - defo none
E - 1 hour on my own, dogbert puking again

L - chicken caesar salad. 5.5nc
D - Beef chops with buttered cabbage. 11.5nc

S - sausage 2nc, 3 sugar free polos, coffee with cream 1.5nc
E - none
W - 6 pints, still drinking.

4 turkey slices with 2 tblspns of homemade quacamole
5 cherries

L: 2 pieces of baked chicken
chopped morrocan style salad, 2 tblspns yogut taziki, 2 pieces of homemade falafel

S: piece of Weightwatchers brownie
D: not hungry!!! just a can of diet pepsi and a ginger tea

W: 2 liters
E: 45 minutes plus sauna!

Soup (broth based) 3.7
(stock cube 2.6, chicken breast 0.0, 30g scallions 1g, 1 red chilli 0.0, half tsp coriander 0.1)

Lunch:
Chicken breast 0.0
1 red chilli 0.0
4 slice's chilli cheese 0.2
40g grapes 6.7
Cream with splenda 4.0

Dinner:
2xhaddock 0.0
100g cucumber 1.8
Sugar free jelly 2.0(?)

Snack:
brazil nuts 3.1

Total carbs: 21.4g

Exercise: 30mins step aerobics (with weights), 20min walk, 30 mins wii fit

Drinks:
2 green tea
6 litres water


Grapes were a big boo boo but i gave the rest of them to the kids to eat so there's no temptation tomorrow.

L - None ( Not on purpose, started housework then when I looked at the time again it was too late lol)
D - Steak salad - 7.4g
S - Atkins brownie bar - 3.1g

W - Not enough about a litre so far (*slaps wrist*), 3 glasses of coke zero
E - 4 hours of housework and 40mins fast walking with buggy

Total net carbs - 11g

I have started kick boxing and do Monday and Thursday so my arms a bit achy today, and I am about to throw this laptop out of the window if I cant get it to update my ticker!!!!!!!!!!!!!AAAAAAAAAAAAAARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

1 hour at the gym at 7am :-O
B - Mushroom and cheese muffin (home made) got fed up with sausage ones now lol
S - 1/4 pack pork crunch
L - chicken, baby spinach and lc coleslaw
D - attempting lambs liver (used to hate it as a kid but being an adult (ish) giving it another go)
pan fried with butter and a small amount of onion plus spring greens
S - cinnamon mim with nothing on it

W - At least 5 litres probably more
A - definitely not
E - gym this morning, walk tonight - 1 hour of each

I don't like liver either Bren, never did. I do like stuffed heart though. and I like Kidney.
 
I will indeed. They used to force me to eat it at boarding school, always made me sick. Unusual for me, I have the digestion of a great white normally.
 
Anyone else finding it too hot to eat? I'm struggling lol, have a headache as well but hoping that's down to my body going back into ketosis rather than the heat :)

Well I quite surprised myself in that I enjoyed it - made a nice change from chicken, pork, steak and the like. Will definitely have it again, maybe next week. :eek::eek::eek:
 
Hmm, I'm pleased you enjoyed it, didn't the texture make you gag? I have the same problem with tofu. ah well.

No Jim, texture was fine, much like heart I think - maybe I overcooked it a little but did not want it bloody - yuck!

Thursday

S - chicken leg
L - tuna mayo and watercress with leaves and 1 carb of coleslaw
S - bit of mim later
D - curried mince and mushrooms with little gem lettuce
S - rest of mim + cream

W - usual 5 litres prob more
A - defo not
E - one hour at the gym including 2.5 km on the treadmill at 7.5/8 km per hour

Feeling ill today think I've got the atkins flu :(

D - Lamb steak and salad - managed half of it

W - About 2 litres, 3 glasses coke zero
E - None

Total net carbs - about 10ish g I expect x
