What are we eating today?

Morning all, it's wet here.

B:Left over lamb curry.
L: Not sure yet, what ever legal I can find in the Cafe.
D: TFIF! The pub and then a donner and salad.
 
Morning all, its my 1st time posting on this thread ...
So far i've had 30g of bitzise shredded wheat topped with a WW low fat yog 198 calories total
With a glass of tap water :eek:) I'm off to tesco after school run so for lunch im not too sure

Friday
B - egg and mushroom muffin (home made) when it thaws out lol
S - couple of slices of mim
L - corned beef salad
S - pork crunch
D - after I have been shopping - probably steak and greek salad
S - rest of mim

E - 1.5 hour walk with dogbert, dancing to the band later
W - usual 5 litres or so
A - hmmmmmmm would like to resist but not sure if I can....
 
LOL yes, doesn't look very atkins friendly to me either. :)
 
Was good up until dinner today but have no food in the house so was naughty :(, back on it again tomorrow x
 
Am going camping for a couple of days so food is going to be interesting - just made 2 mims to take with me and got a box of eggs and 2 cooked chickens lol - see you later in week!

Am back with a vegence this time...lol

B/L: 4 small eggs, 2 bacon rashers, 3 button mushrooms all scrambled up together...yummy!
D: will be 2 beef burgers (homemade) with spinach

L - Tuna Salad
D - Prob be Kebab meat and mayo
S - None

W - Not enough, few glasses coke zero
E - Just housework and taking littlen to park

Can't wait to get properly on track with bootcamp on Monday lol x

D - Probably be beef and spinach

W - 1.5 litres, 2 glasses coke zero

D - Pork curry with cauli rice. 6.5nc

S - Peanuts, sugar free sweets, cherry coke zero. 5nc

Good morning all, I've still got a couple of pounds to lose so I'm still on induction for a few days. :)

B: Left over BBQ Sausages and Beefburgers.
L: Egg mayonnaise and salad.
D: Jamie and Carol are coming over for dinner with Olivia as they are having their kitchen decorated, I think we are having lamb chops.
 
Morning all,
I think I have re-trained myself to not over-indulge on all the nice things Atkins has to offer and I lost 2 pounds (one kilo) this week so woohoo!

Today-
B: one egg scrambled with corned beef
L: Salad comprising of lettuce, spinach, one mashed hard-boiled egg, 1 tsp mayo and one tsp olive oil
D: one huge stuffed mushroom

S: sugar free jelly
W: about 3 liters

I got mum to send it last week or even the week before.
