B-peppered mackerel
L- spicy prawns & pancetta. Cauli & broccoli
D- haven't decided, Steve's working until 10pm, so I'll see what I fancy at the shops today
 
Yesterday's food

B - Cheese omelette
L - Atkins brownie bar
D - 2 beef burgers with cheese and salad with mayo

Going shopping today to finally get some veggies in!
 
B- nothing (wasn't hungry)

D- beef steak and salad

S- none
W-3 litres

just re-started atkins, just lost 18 pounds on lipotrim and then they kicked me off at 11st 5lb, started atkins yesterday at 11 6lb. want to loose 10lbs for my holiday in 5 week

b:2 egg omletter with 2 bacon, spinach and small flaxmeal pancake

l: prawns with salad

d: chicken meat, salad and garlic mayo
pudding: sf jelly and cream

Hi dee and welcome back, I like those little pepperonis and also scratchings.
 
hiya jim,

its nice to be back, not too sure about the pepperoni has im coeliac so not sure if it will have gluten in, but will look.

Dont really want to start on scratchings, was addicted last time and stopped loosing weight and really need this ten pounds off for my hol. so gonna track my food everyday on this thread and we can see how i go.

But i'm a size 12 now so really pleased.
Just need that last push.

saw what ya put above and im struggling to have my carbs on my veg. only had about 12g yesterday and having 3 meals, i'm weighing my salad and having quite a large portion but not sure if im doing it right. saw jim thread on starting atkins and do your measure your veggies with cups cos i havent. also had too much cream yesterday.

my menu for yesterday is below and i'll put todays, any help would be good.

yesterday

d:chicken meat from kebab shop with salad and garlic mayo =3g

s: 2 Jellys and cream 2.5G (had too much) 2 scratchings

d:chicken and veg

what do ya think?
i think i def eaten too much yesterday

any suggestions

Good Morning all.

B: left over squash lasagne
L: The Carby Cafe again.
D: TFIF! the pub and then a donner.

Olivia had 1 pot of puréed carrot and rice last night, her first solid meal :)

Dee, I never weighed just made sure I had 3 coffee mugs of chopped green leaf veggies a day. What you had looks fine to me.
