Just had a lush pork tenderloin & salad. The wine might have spoilt it though :(

B - Corned beef and lettuce
L - 2 large stuffed mushrooms with red pepper and cheese
D - Lamb steak with brocolli and spinach
S - Atkins brownie bar, prob some cheese later

 
It shows 0 calories, no food listed at all - maybe you have to be logged in as you to see what is there?

Today I had Sausages and eggs,
And Atkins day break bar (Cappucino Nut -TOO yummmmmm)
And I just had some bacon for dinner cus I wasn't hungry.

Oh goodness! I really should have been better than that shouldn't I? Better tomorrow Ro!! Squeeze in some salad and better meats. Yup. :D

B Peppered mackerel, 3.2 carbs, but lush
L cheese with pesto & ham
D Going to marinate chicken breasts in tomato & chilli sauce, cabbage & asparagus with a little grated cheese

I've just found the 'cauliflower pizza crust' recipe on Linz' thread. Going to have pizza tomorrow :D
 
Oh, I forgot the water. I've always drunk 5-7 pints a day because it helps with the IBS, so I don't ever have a problem with remembering to drink it:)
