What are we eating today?

Hi all! :wavey:

B (8am): Aldi bratwurst & lo-carb broccoli quiche
L (noon): Chicken salad & mayo
S (4pm): Cheese omlette
D (8pm): Chopped cabbage + broccoli fried in butter with double cream, topped with sliced hotdogs (trace carbs)
3-4l water

Morning all,

B: Poached eggs on toast.
L: The Cafe, I'm hoping for a nice salad.
D: Probably Lamb Curry, I made a huge batch last night.
 
Joanne M = whats the muffins.....
tried the mims flax not fussed, tried cinnamon with butter and a choc one. Maybe i need more practice. Helped with the poops tho as 3 weeks in pooped 3 times.
Followed recipe on MIM page so not sure maybe i just dont like them...

D trying the cauli crisp pizza base, topped with salami & prawns & cheese & lots of chilli :)
& try to fit some greens on the side

L- Chicken and lettuce with caesar dressing
D- Home made burgers with pak choi, cabbage, leeks and asparagus, cheesy sauce made with cream and cheddar
S- Sugar free jelly, cheddar cheese, ham slices, 3 pints coke zero :S

Yeah, I know, been ill both nights so haven't cooked anything :eek: (thats one mim over 2 nights as well) Losing a lot of my motivation at the moment too.

Both Salads are actually over two mug fulls (I do a large handful of leaves and then radish, cucumber & celery in the two mugs) as I eat the majority at lunchtime then a little later as I usually work late.

S: Half a Mattesons original (if I'm hungry)
D: Cheeseburger pie and cauli mash

B: Last of the lamb curry and spinach.
D: The Cafe again, I fancy an omelette of some kind.
L: Well as it's Friday, for a change I'll be going to the pub and then having a donner afterwards. :)

D- Making lasange from the recipes posted on here...so minced beef with cougette and aubergine slices and then cheesy sauce ontop and melted cheese. Will prob have with some cabbage and leeks.

S- Coke zero and a sugar free jelly

B; ATkins Cappucino Nut Bar (I think I'm addicted) and 1l water
L: Beef Burger & Tomato wrapped in lettuce leaves
D: Cheese stuffed Red pepper with chillis and a little salad
S: None cus I'm all out.
And loads of water -sip sip sip away!!
