What are we eating today?

New to this, can someone tell me if its ok?

B= 2 Poached eggs. 2 rashers of bacon

L= Cheese crisp, with tuna mayo, cucumber and advocardo

D= 2 burgers, with homemade curry sauce, broccoli and mashed cauli(no cream)

Also made the sf jelly with ff cream to make a moose. but feel like ive eaten too much today. But really want to try it :-s (HELP!)
 
Looks ok to me Kelly.

B: Cheese omlette, 2 rashers bacon
L: Didnt have time for anything
D: Meatloaf with cheese and salad

Ive been on Atkins for 4 (weeks it will be on TUesday) and lost a stone and a half nearly.
If I had a treat like a .....pizza or something would I be ruined.....

You'd prolly throw yourself outta ketosis and gain water weight.

Why not try some of the atkins friendly pizza bases? Cauliflower, oopsie, mushroom or flax. Search for pizza on the forums.

B: Eggs, bacon, sausages and mushrooms all fried in butter
L: Cheeseburgers sans muffin avec salad
D: Not sure yet, maybe donner kebab meat and salad
W: 3l

L: If anything just some salad as breakfast was somewhat late
D: Forgoing my usual Saturday night tray of donner meat as I am determined to know exactly what is in everything Im eating at the mo so having cheeseburger pie with salad
 
Met a friend fro lunch so had a chicken and bacon salad with mayo for lunch.

No breakfast was not hungry

Tea, I have bought a cooked chicken breast from morrisons so going to try my bag of cabbage and leeks, cooked in butter with cream, grate a little cheese and cut up my chicken and pepperoni.....wish me luck, hope it tastes good.
 
Dinner sounds lovely fattea.

B= cafe- saus,egg,bacon,mushrooms, half a tom. (was yum)

L= cucumber, spring onion and cheese.

D= Thinking chicken breast roasted in butter and corriander with salad.

And was going to attempt making them Oopsies. Wish me luck! :eek:

D= Roast chicken breast cooked in butter, corriander, and one chopped spring onoin. (as i didnt have it yesterday). Cabbage (is savoy, not sure if this is ok, but its green lol) Broccoli.( is there a limit to cauli?)

B: 2 eggs, 4 rashers bacon, 1 cup mushrooms, 1 Ashfield pork & herb sausage (2.27 nc, ouch! was going to be 3 - Chip the dog's happy!)
L: 3-egg omelette with small tin tuna, 2 cups salad and caesar dressing
D: 2 Asda 100% ¼ pounders (1.36 nc), grated cheese, cauli mash and butter
S: MiM if I can manage it!

B - None I got up late oops
L - Bacon and cheese salad
D - Pork chops, courgette, mushrooms and red pepper
S - 2 cubes of cheese

2 litres of water and 3-4 glasses pepsi max
