What are we eating today?

My Sunday was great thanks Steve, it's my fav day of the week! Love spending time with the family and i generally have a wee dram:)
 
Sunday was good,

Several rashes of bacon, 2 poached eggs
2 Q.Pounders 4 and coleslaw 3
Bag Peanuts (tiny bag 3)
2 coffees and cream and gallons of water

Stephen had it not been so delicious I would have saved you some.

tea was gorge
chicken breast (free) chopped iwth 3 slices chopped pepperoni (trace) panfried with butter and 1/4 bag of cabbage and leeks 2.6 carb and added 1/4 tub whip cream and 2 tablespoons of cheddar (trace) it was lush....
 
Morning all,

B: Left over beef joint and cabbage & leek
L: The Carby Cafe as usual.
D: Meat loaf and steamed veggies.
 
The sun is shining here today, let's hope it stays :)

B - Cheese and spring onion omelette
L - Tuna salad
D - Chicken breast, brocolli, spinach and mushroom
S - 20g of mixed nuts

2 litres of water (more if I can) and 3-4 glasses diet coke

D- Chicken, prawns, lettuce, caesar dressing
S- 100g Cucumber, Sugar free jelly if needed, coke zero
 
B/L = ommlette. ham, cheese, 1/2 tom
D= curried pork loins and salad
S= SF jelly

L: Chicken breast, 2 cups salad, full-fat Italian dressing
D: Burgers (1.4 nc) and cauli mash smothered in butter
W: 3-4l
 
I just had lunch as an experiment - I hope the quantities are right,

I had 3 egg omelette made with about 2 tablespoons of cream, 2 mushrooms,2 spring onions and 1 spoons worth of cheddar cheese....with a very small piece of lean frying steak. Is that all right ?

Or do I need to add or cut something out. ?

I'm new to this business :)
 
Looks fine to me, how about adding a green leaf salad.
 
Just had a Atkins friendly dinner...it was only a small portion though I can only manage these now. I am surprised since I have only been on TFR for a week....Funny how the body works.

I had 8 little pieces of chicken breast with one teaspoonful of season all, and cauliflower mash made with 2 small knobs of butter and my last tablespoonful of cream for the day with a bit of black pepper.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and am stuffed.

Does anyone have any advice on bacon ? I tried to look for nitrate free but couldn't get hold of any. Has anyone found some ? xxx
 
Not me babes - the hunt goes on.

Today's grub:

B: Eggs (Boiled, mashed up with butter )
L: A little tuna salad
D: 2 Sausages, Half a red pepper stuffed with some boursin, fresh green chilli topped with a little cheddar and bacon bits and had some
lettuce and half a tomato.


I ATE LIKE A QUEEN TODAY!! Twas bloody marvellous! hehehe

D: Fried chopped cabbage and broccoli with sliced Matteson's sausage

D: Not sure, possibly some chicken salad
 
Changed my mind...I'm gonna try and make a curry :) Well as close to curry as possible.
 
B- 2 eggs, 2 bacon, asparagus and aubergine
L- Chicken, lettuce and 2tbsp caesar dressing
D- CHicken, prawns, asparagus, cabbage, pak choi and 20ml soy sauce
S- 2 sugar free jellys, 5 small slices of wafer thin ham, 100g cucumber

E- 30 mins boxing and weights
