What are we eating today?

Still struggling to eat enough carbs!

B - Bacon and cheese omelette -0.4g
L - Corned beef salad - 3.4g
D - Minced beef with chopped aubergine, courgette, red pepper, spring onion and cheese - 9g
S - 25g roasted peanuts - 3.6g

2 litres of water, 4 glasses of pepsi max

TNC - 16.4g (should be 25g, any ideas?)

B - add some tomatos and mushrooms? Or have a mim if you like them.

L - Add some higher carb veges ie baby silverkin onions, red peppers, avocado.

D - add a few onions to the minced beef and have a bigger portion of veges.

S - nuts is good:)

S: Maybe half a Matteson's sausage
D: 3 lo-carb Asda sossies and cauliflower cheese

L: I'm meeting Colleen as usual so not sure what or where yet.
D: Cheeseburger pie, Broccoli and sugar snap peas.
 
Didnt eat nearly enough yesterday so todays plan is.
B: 2 boiled eggs with butter
L: Mattessons sausage with salad
D: Pork chops with salad
 
breakfast- scrambled egg
lunch- rocket leaves/salad with ham
snack- a peach(dying for some fruit)
tea- not sure yet, boyfs making it for me after the gym

not been on here 4 ages, not stuck to atkins as strict as used to and been bit poorly but atkins/change of eating must have worked as lost half a stone

dinner - chicken fillets wrapped in soft cheese and ham with lettuce and mayo

D- Small portion of cheese burger pie type meal (really reduced the contents.) with broccoli and cauli mash.

B: left over cheeseburger pie and some broccoli from earlier in the week.
L: The Carby Cafe today, I'm told there's going to be fish pie, Yum Yum
D: Spag Bol with squash spaghetti, steam spinach and cabbage & leek.
 
B: 2 (horribly thin Tesco) Bacon Rashers...Scrambled eggs, Toasted MiM. 1 X coffee and cream :)
L: Leftover cheeseburger pie squares with greek salad.
D: Chicken, spinach, broccoli, cauli mash.
 
Had a rubbish day eating, had to rush out to take my partner to a&e this morning so missed breakfast (thankfully he's ok)
