B: Pre-rally breakfast. Eggs, bacon, bratties, mushrooms all fried in butter
L: Doubt it, I'm stuffed from breakfast!
D: Steaks or cheeseburgers (sans bread) with salad
W: 2-3l
A: Jack & Coke Zero

Hi everyone

B/L cafe- egg bacon saus and mushrooms.
D cheeseburger pie with a little salad.
 
B- Omelette with a teensy bit of cheddar and some bacon
L- (Delicious if I'm honest) Cold lamb salad with halloumi :D
D- Chicken Breast stuffed with Mozzarella wrapped in pancetta with cauliflower mash :)
 
B - Garlic mattesons sausage with cheese, lettuce and tomato - 3.2g
S - 25g roasted peanuts - 3.6g
L - None was out
D - Chicken breast in paprika and garlic, 1/2 onion, red pepper, mushrooms, cheese and lettuce - 8g

1litre of water (not nearly enough), 4 glasses pepsi max

TNC - 14.8g
 
B/L Sci-MX Diet Shake
D Roast chicken in herb and garlic butter with green beans
will have my usual sugar free jelly later on
 
Hello all - you can't get rid of me you know lol

B - Cheese omelette plus cabbage, cauli and broccoli
L- Slice of pork pie (gave the crust to the dog) slice of carvery ham and some low carb coleslaw
D - Baked golden trout, chilli prawns, asparagus and watercress
S - clotted cream

E - 1.5 hours with dogbert - about 5 miles
W - couple of litres, one coffee, vodka and coke zero
 
B - 30g Brazil nuts and some mattesons garlic sausage - 1.4g
L - Chicken with phily and salad - 3.6g
D - 2 beef burgers with onion, red pepper and mushroom - 8g
S - 50g raspberries with cream - 2.7g

TNC - 15.7g
 
Good Morning

B: Left over Lamb leg joint fried up with eggs and onions.
L: The Carby Cafe today.
D: Still got some Lamb left but I got pork mince out for Danish meatballs with some steamed Bok Choi and spinach.

B- Spinach (yuk) and Mushroom Omelette.
L- Peppered steak salad minus spring onions...
D- Turkey/Pork not sure with Broccoli and Celery.

Cutting out my halloumi cheese and my flavoured water also onion because I have gone up 1.1lb since yesterday and my weigh in day is tomorrow. Absolutely horrified.

I can only think it is the cheese or the water. But will remove the onion just incase. !!! :(

B - Saus and Egg muffin (home made)
L - 2 drumsticks, corned beef, little gem lettuce and cucumber with extra virgin olive oil
S - clotted cream, 3 tsp.
D - Pan fried turkey steaks, cauli/broccoli and spring greens

W - 4 litres plus coffees
E - 1.5 hour/5 miles with dogbert after dinner

Had a week holiday and went overboard with the food so done a couple of weeks back on packs to get back on track - but back with you lot now :)
