What are we eating today?

Wed 28/7

B - 2 boiled eggs with a bit of butter (before I left home - good grief - that never happens)
S - saus and egg muffin
L - watercress, baby spinach, cucumber, low carb coleslaw and crayfish tails
D - homemade moussaka (sort of Jims recipe with a few tweaks)
S - my first oopsie - to be honest not sure about the texture - they look perfect according to the pictures on the thread but not sure if I cooked them long enough - bit too squidgy in the middle - if there are any oopsie experts can you tell me if that is right?

W - 4 litres, several coffees
E - 1.5 hours (5 miles) with dogbert
A - cheeky vodka and coke zero just cos I can :)

Good morning all, it's very grey and gloomy here, looks like rain.

B: Beef and aubergine casserole.
L: The carby Cafe as usual.
D: Pork loin steaks in red onion gravy with steamed cabbage 'n' leek and bok choi.

Quite sunny here but there is some nasty looking cloud about too.

Thur 29/7
B - Oopsie with splenda and double cream - much better!
S - egg and saus muffin
L - Corned beef hash made with cauli (enjoyed it so much the other day wanted some more lol)
S - couple of babybel cheddar
D - Left over moussaka and cabbage

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
E - 1 hour (3ish miles) with dogbert

Been really hungry today, nothing has seemed to fill me for long so ended up having another 2 oopsies and another babybel..............hope it does not do too much damage. At least it was nothing off plan.

Breakfast

Bacon and scrambled egg with half a buttered MIM :)

Lunch

Chicken caesar salad, no crutons or dressing

Dinner

Pan fried turkey with leeks and cabbage in a cream and cheese sauce :D

Hi everyone

Today I'm eating

Breakfast - egg, 2 turkey rashers and mushrooms
Lunch - chicken and salad
Dinner - chicken in creamy mushroom sauce with cauliflower

No Atkins bar today Jim! ;)
 
Back on it today- had an extremely messy day yesterday but we won't go there!! Needed to get it out my system.

B- Scrambled eggs with a couple of rashers of bacon and some mushrooms
L- Steak with salad. (Continued to eat the small leftover pieces of steak - though I did have those evil carbs yday so you never know what could have happened!!)
D- Gammon Steak with Spring Cabbage and Leeks.

S- Little bit of Red Leicester (yum) :D

D = 2 beef burgers and salad with mayo.

Still need to drink more water:(

D - Doner kebab meat and mayo

Had an on and off week, partner is off work for a week and went out for a meal monday and kind of haven't got back on track properly until today x

D: TFIF! The pub and then a donner and salad.

Attempting to wean myself back on to flavoured water to see if it affects me or not - so 1.5 of strawberry and 1.5 of boring plain water. :)

Going out tonight so not sure how much of a walk we will get
:-( don't really want to go out but feel obliged to

W - at least 4 litres plus coffees, don't want to drink tonight either as it would destroy plans for tomorrow

Folks - I am sooooooooooooo flipping hungry these last few days, don't know what is up with me, can't see anything in my menus that would put me out of ketosis but I could eat a scabby donkey, even after eating my lunch I am still suffering - any thoughts? Taking loads of water on board so it can't be that.

There's not enough meat and fat in your eating today.
 
Are you sure Jim, cream, tuna was in sunflower oil and I put mayo with it too, corned beef is quite fatty (although that is not till about 3pm if I last that long)
Having loads of chicken curry for tea.........
I do worry about eating too much, I know you are not supposed to count calories but I do seem to eat an awful lot these days.

Not worried, just bl**dy hungry this week lol - though I have to say feel better after my corned beef and coleslaw.

Having a rubbish week, haven't been able to get back on track, carbs are evil :cry:I will be starting again on induction monday and find out how much I've gained, here's hoping it's not too much x
