What are we eating today?

back from my week away and put 7 pounds on! anyway back on induction now.

B Lay in so missed
L bacon egg mushroom sausage tomato
T chicken drumsticks and salad

struggling with water 0
 
Had my first Brattie today, was nice:)

B - bacon sausage, brattie, scrambled eggs.
L - Roast chicken with gravy, cauli, cabbage and cauli.

S - Akins bar, whiskey, berries and cream.
E - None
W - 1.5 litres, not enough!
 
Meal One
Baked Eggs in tomatoes with cheese

Meal two
Caesar salad with Anchovies and crispy bacon
sf jelly

Meal three
Pork Chop with mushroom in Garlic butter
Moreish and golden Celeriac chips
coffee cream cheese ( for pud )
 
Hope you all had a grand long weekend?

B - Bacon and eggs
L - Garden herb sausages and salad MiM sandwich
D - Roast pork with cauli mash (gorgeous!)

Have a choc MiM with cream ready for later - but not sure I can fit it in!

PS - am stretching the MiM mixture out with water so it#s less carbs for more - I'm so greedy hehe

B: left over lamb joint fried up with onions and a couple of eggs.
L: The Carby Cafe I suppose. :)
D: Danish meat balls and wokked mixed chinese veggies.

D - Cheeseburger pie mmm
S - D&A sausages and Mim with cream cheese
 
Tues 31/8 - Maint (but back to induction for a couple of days after a bad weekend)
B - tuna mayo and cucumber
S - chicken drumsticks
L - Cheeseburger pie
D - Cheese omelette and lettuce and watercress
S - 2 slices mim with butter

w - 4 litres and coffee (one with cream)
e - 5 miles with dogbert
a - no sirreeeeeee - its all gone!
 
1st september

Not been on here for .a few days I have not been good for the last four days and have put on 1lb.
So back on induction today
B. Egg and bacon
L. cheese salad
D. Chicken, cabbage onion fry.
W 3l
E 30 min walking

B: a pound of left over meatballs. :)
L: I'm meeting Colleen for lunch today.
D: Not sure, I got some diced beef out this morning, so it'll be a curry or a casserole.

I'm reducing the calories I'm taking in daily because I think I'm troughing too much! :D

Here's my food today.
W: 3-4L
E: 40 mins P90 cardio & abs I-II
 
Wed 1/9 - Maint (but back to induction for a couple of days after a bad weekend)
B - tuna mayo and cucumber
L - Cheeseburger pie
D - Home made burgers with mozarella middles plus greens

w - 4 litres and coffees
e - only half an hour with dogbert as spent most of night in kitchen making mims and oopsies and dinner tonight and lunch for tomorrow....
a - nope

Wow Steve thats a huge diff, are you feeling satisfied?

If you go to your account on fatsecret, right at the bottom of the page you can tweak your nutritional facts to show fibre and net carbs.

Oh bren them burgers sound delish.... Drool... I can imagine the yummy gooey cheese seeping out when you cut into them. Thats it i'm off to get the mince and cheese, nothing less will do me now :)

L - Pork belly and buttered cabbage (gotta love morrisions)!!
D - not sure yet, still very stuffed from lunch!

S - none so far
W - 3 litres
E - 3.2 mile run
 
Back on Atkins today! Finally managed to get my head in the game

B - None really busy
L - Red pepper stuffed with garlic sausage and cheese
D - Mim (my first one :) I'm in love) with philly
S - 4 mini pepperamis and chunk of cheese

Will have more veggies tomorrow promise lol x
