Oooooo - must get an order in too Susie - I'm a few miles from my closest Thornton's and keep having to drive out of my way to get my choc supplies! :)

D - roasted pork belly with mustard coating and cabbage - stand clear :)

Brunch - toasted yak, sossies and bacon
D - party food at my friend's - liable to be completely illegal!

E - 0 sadly won't fit in to my day at all :(

B - usual flaxmeal porridge and cream
L - some sliced german sausage i think
D - sirloin and roast parsnips, potatoes and celeriac (ood lol) need something to soak up the planned alcohol...........
S - 4 matchmakers, a glass of sherry and 2 shortbread fingers.....so far lol

E - an hour with dogbert plus lots of dancing tonight (oooooo I bought the Wii Just Dance 2 yesterday and did over half an hour on that - was fun but hard work keeping up with the moves lol)
W - at least 2 litres aimed for
A - for sure - probably a litre of Merlot lol - only £10 for the bottle at tonights venue :D

Confession time!

I caved in on Boxing Day as I posted and then got back on track...for 2 days before crashing again. Back on it today. Going to try and have 2 very low carb days to get back into ketosis. I'll also up the water and do some exercise!

B: Atkins Shake, 3x Cod liver oil, Multivitamin, Chromium supplement, 8x IQ Chews (omega 3)
L: Atkins Shake
S: Cheese
D: Bacon and Eggs

E: 1 hour treadmill
W: 3L+

Afternoon all! Not as hungover as I deserve to be. ;)

B - two fried eggs
L (30 minutes after breakfast) chicken drumstick, leftover green veg with butter
D - roast chicken, salad
S - already had a diabetic choc bar, might have more as starting proper induction tomorrow for 3 weeks till our Xmas do
W - will have plenty
E - nil planned, want to run tomorrow
A - likely - will have no more for 3 weeks!

B - slept in again (thank my upstairs neighbour for crashing around at 4am grrr)
