What are we eating today?

Sunday 9/1 - Maint....ish
B - ah well, got up, walked dog, forgot breakfast
S - handful of plain nuts with 2 or 3 raisins and a lump of cheese whilst I was cooking
L - a mim with cream cheese
S - a couple of dates
D - The (variation) Pie - made it with lamb, aubergine and usual topping with the addition of a bit of philly...................
S - bowl of celery soup

STARVING TODAY - NOT SURE WHY :(

A - shared a bottle of red with the missus while watching the footy
W - not nearly enough plus coffees - got better as day went on
E - bout half an hour with dogbert this morning

L - poached duck eggs and bacon
D - corned beef and cauliflower cheese
W - not bad considering I worked a night shift and slept this morning
E - dog walk and dancing to Grease while ironing!! ( a dangerous pastime indeed!)

W:1 litre down (didn't drunk any more)
E:cleaned out the rats and rabbits if that classes as exercise? lol
A: a vodka or two maybe tonight. Vodka/redbull ;)
 
Evening all! Another mad day of getting stuff done here, but most worth it. :)

D - huge prawn salad with chilli mayo
S - cheese, corned beef, MiM later
W - lots
E - 6 mile run
A - 0 - work night

L - wasnt hungry
D - left over sausages
S - salami and olives

E - sweated buckets cleaning 4 stables thoroughly, carrying water buckets over fields heaps of times. knackered!!
W -lots to replace lots of sweating
A - very very tempted but didnt
 
B: 3 Slices bacon, 2 fried eggs (watched with Emmerdale omnibus!)
L: Bowl of tomato soup and frankfurter
S: Cheese
D: Packet of pork scratchings
S: Cheese + little bit of dark choc
W: Lots

Morning all, Induction is going well here, 8 of the 16lb Christmas gain gone this morning.

B: Left over beef joint with fried spinach.
L: Something legal from the Carby Cafe.
D: I got lamb mince out so probably cheeseburger pie and steamed curly kale and purple sprouting broccoli

s - try not to but do have egg mayo in fridge at home if im hungry

Biggest loser starts tonight, had a quick glance at the scales this morning and saw some good progress, got a bundle of work done (for once) and the ipod has new music ready for my walk! Can life get any better? ;)

i always do with mine its yummy.
also nice with mustard in :D

I go for the unadventurous black pepper, but I bought some lemon pepper recently! Going to see what lemon pepper mayo is like tomorrow :D

Mon (groan) 10.1 - Maint (ish)
B - usual flaxmeal porridge with cream
S - 2 romaine lettuce leaves with roast beef, cucumber and a slice of red pepper rolled up
L - The (moussaka variation) Pie
S - Celery soup
D - leftover roast pork from the weekend with a few sprouts - felt a need for sprouts lol

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
E - hope to get a walk done tonight as dinner mostly ready - no walk - too bloody wet out there!
