Evening all. Bad day for sweeties here. Must stop buying them - I think I can handle them but clearly can't. :(

B - two fried eggs
L - chicken lettuce and mayo
D - two chicken thighs and green veg with melted cheese
S - 12 (yes 12!) sugar-free caramels. I was busy in work and just kept popping them in then suddenly found that the bag was empty. So I opened another. :eek: :eek: They've got to go.
S - MiM and pate later, probably more sliced meats
W - loads
E - 0

I don't know what's happened to my appetite today but I just didn't want to eat anything, heres what I managed ....

B- bottle of water ...
L- Bowl of spicy mince (left overs) only ate half of it.
D-one chicken breast with spice rub. Small salad. Again only ate a little of it.
S- none
E- housework
W- 3 litres
A - none .
 
Well done on the new job, James - same here, new job and it turns out, no microwave, so will have to be creative :)

B - ham and cheese
L - cold :( roast lamb and lettuce/spinach salad with mandarin oil
D - roast pork and cabbage and leek (yummy)
W - a litre - will be better sorted tomorrow
E - walked about 2 miles

We dont have a microwave at work either - agree creative salads needed!

Afternoon all,

I fell off the wagon yesterday again. Ended up having a bar of milk choc and a couple of glasses of rose wine. Not the end of the world.

Today:
B: 4 sausages and a fried egg + TK
S: Cheese
L: Hot and spicy (in reality tepid and lightly seasoned) chicken thighs from Tescos
D: Probably some salad, cheese and salami or something
W: Lots
A: Doubt it
E: Walk around the shopping centre

James, yeah I know what you mean. It's so annoying when you stay at the same weight for a while, even if you're eating the perfect Atkins diet!
 
Michael I love how you are so positive...if us women had fallen off the wagon we would probably panic panic and more panic, great attitude!
 
Haha thanks, though as if you need to panic, Mrs OWL! :D

I think it's because I'm fairly happy with where I want to be, a bit further to go but mostly there :)

Could murder an ice cream tho! ;) haha!

Hmmmm not quite sure. I totally keep misjudging how much I need to lose! I'll re-assess when I get to 160lb.

Not sure if I'll go pre-maintenance but definitely somewhere higher on OWL, maybe rung 6 or 7. I'm looking forward to eating some fruits this summer! :D

Hows OWL working out for you so far?
 
So you are still on 20g carbs?

Im enjoying the extra 5g carbs - hoping ill lose this week too then ill go up to 30g! Couldnt eat all my veg yesterday so getting some more carby things to eat (not bread) but some of those simply cook things.
 
I think so, definitely no more than 30g per day on 'dodgy' days. Full respect to you guys who do a strict induction very long-term! :D

You've had consistent losses so far so I reckon you'll be able to handle a few more carbs! :D

S - atkins bar, 5 sugar-free sweets (Boot's strawberries and cream ones - very gorgeous), cheese, mim and pate for supper.
