D 1/2 chicken broccoli and greens

B - hot cereal thingie
L - as yesterday
D - aubergine, courgette, broccoli, asparagus and mushrooms all roasted with oven roast cod :) nom nom
S - dont really want to
A - nope (but really want to)
w - yes need to drink more
Ex - am Jillian/PM 20 mins step and going for 80 leg masters maybe a bit of the old shakeweight

b- atkins bday break (i know i said no bars this week but isobelle is still poorly so grabbed something quick)
l- baxters beef consomme, tarted up with some fresh chillies. and some parmesan crackers crumbled in as "croutons"
d- cheeseburger pie... havnt had it for 2 weeks!!!!

w-usual 5 bottles (3.5litres ish)

e- nope too busy looking after poorly princess

L- Salad with 1/2 advacado, 2 slices beef, 2 small toms,2 slices jalapeno pepper cucumber, dressing made with 1tbsp mayo, 1/2 tsp harissa paste and a drop of lemon juice

D- Going out with daughter and will have chicken or steak with green salad

W - 1.5 ltrs
E - Dogs walked
A - Will not give in...yet;)
S - No

2 cups of coffee and 4 paracetamol

D = Chicken and chorizo stew with salad
plus a sugar free jelly with a dash of D cream
S = 2 x Cheese portions from a bag of mixed

S - Homemade cake (flax & almond)
W - 2 litres
E - 1 hour gym
A - 1 glass of red (well I am on half term!)
 
B: Cheesestrings, Multivit, Omega 3
L: Atkins shake, blueberries
D: Cheese and tomato flatbread (aka low carb pitta, Italian tomato puree with oil - 0.5g carbs per 100g and cheese), salad
S: Cheese

E: Can't even be bothered to think of an excuse
W: 2L+ includes a litre of sparkling flavoured (2g carbs per litre).
 
Hi due to lack of sleep (I have read that this can affect peoples sleep patterns) I will commit my food diary now

b1 - Atkins bar (2g)
L - 1 pack of chicken slices (on the go)
D - Chicken stuffed with phillie and wrapped in bacon with cauli broccoli cheese (go to sort out how to the sauce first yikes!!)
S - Cheese strings, carb free sausage, egg with mayo, more chicken.
W - loads
E - none waiting until I have completed a full 2 wks on induction then 'bring it on!!)
A - none

Breakfast= fried egg bacon medalions and mushrooms.fried with olive oil.

Lunch= chicken breast,1 cup salad leaves

Tea =chicken breast wrapped in parma ham , 1 cup veg.

does this sound ok?
