What are we eating today?

Afternoon

B: Atkins shake, supplements
L: Atkins shake, cheesestrings (was out of Jalapeno Almonds :()
D: Chicken breast cooked in spices, butter and water, garlic butter fried mushrooms

S: Cheese if anything

B - usual flax porridge
S - 2 slices bacon and a cheese slice (bun was for the birds)
L - green salad and tuna mayo
S - 2 slices mim and philly
D - pork chops and savoy

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
A - half a bottle left (white pinot grigio)
E - having my hair cut lol - (dare I start on Jillian tonight?) Yes - 30 day shred commenced!!!

w - buckets plus buckets to make up for yesterday

I'm freezing too despite sitting here with a radiator right next to me. Haven't felt warm since september, it's nightmarish.

It's shockingly cold isn't it. I think we picked the wrong time of year to diet! I've never felt cold like this before - probably the only downside of this diet.

Yes I love it too, had same hairdresser for many years so we chat about allsorts of stuff. Have had my fringe cut a bit shorter for a change, just needed a bit of a difference (well I can see one lol).

Yes, I have kept them in the fridge for a couple of days without a problem, but you must keep them cool. hth. xx

Evening all, posting and running again, I will have an absolute mountain of posts to read tomorrow (but can't wait to catch up!) :D

L - very unsuitable and illegal beef stroganoff (also gross, sauce was all gloopy but I was ravenous and there was nothing else to eat)
S - babybels, pate, scratchings, cheese, diabetic chocolate x A. LOT.
D - salmon steaks x 2 (4 for £6 in M&S this week) with cream/pepper/cheese sauce

Yes where were my veg? I did have a few wilted lettuce leaves with my gross stroganoff, but not even I have the cheek to call that veg. Must do better. ;)

:mad: Gained a pound this week. Had a good week but all week I have felt like I wouldn't lose. I don't think I deserved the 5 off last week and it has caught up with me. That or it's a weight fluctuation and it will be a bumber week next week (please God).

since my unplanned trip off the wagon last week im finding the cravings so intense. I didn't really have a problem with them when I first started Atkins :(

B- 2xcheese string , "oh yeah" cookies and creme nutritional shake. - 3G carbs
L- 4 Jamie Oliver Italian sausages, 0g TK, babybel - 1.8g carbs
D- spicy chilli mince in lettuce parcels with cheese . - 4g carbs
S- pork crunch
W- lots
A- none
E- cross trainer and weights

S - thorntons diabetic vanilla toffee (trying to keep the emotional eating a bit more legal)
L - tuna mayo with green salad
D - made paneer/leek/courgette curry, having that with cauli rice tonight. I enjoyed it muchly :D

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
E - Jillian and dancing
A - gig tonight so yes definitely (but am not going to get hammered like I did the other week)
