:sigh: home made choc bickies
then i sank a couple of merangues(sp)
packety of chicken weight watcher crisps,
i covered a bananna in the left over chocolate.................
i'm so tired i want to go to bed.
now if you would like to kick me up the bottom please feel free to make an orderly que. :cry:
 
No kicks up the bum from me - that would be too hypocritical. Totally agree re the energy-sapping power of carbs too. :( Good luck for tomorrow nanny.

L - two drumsticks
D - two sausages and a huge salad with caesar dressing
S - ham, corned beef, goat's cheese, might have a mim later
W - plenny
E - 6m run - to offset...

what can i have for the induction phase?? what are all these sauces? can i have them in the induction phase and where can i get em from lol?? i have so many questions!!! x
 
-4 this week. Wanted 5 but it will do. As my mum just pointed out, on how many other diets could I lose 4 lbs 6 months in.

B: 2x Quorn frankfurters, pitta & low cab ketchup
L: Atkins RTD, crispy bacon, supplements
D: Bunless bacon double cheeseburgers (Burger King)

S: Jalapeno Almonds
E: None
A: None

Not a great day with veg or exercise but it will be like that for the next 2 days. Very busy.

Excellent - no point dwelling on the past!

When I'm craving food, I tend to go for Coke Zero or some diabetic choc. Neither are perfect but both are a much better alternative to the proper stuff.

Well you know where they are if you need them. They're like a last resort kind of thing but better to have a last resort than nothing!
