What are we eating today?

B - pepperami
L - half a mattesons, 2oz cheddar, 2 chicken tikka kebabs tiny bit of onion
D - garlic chicken breast

Working tonight but really starting to struggle with this diet.

Ridiculously craving the chocolate bites in front of me - ridiculous because i never ate chocolate before i started and I know it won't even taste good.

Breakfast- steak & mushrooms
Lunch- olives
Snack- hotdogs & emmental
Dinner- steak & prawn stir fry with a SF jelly afterwards that I wasn't so keen on

Have been and stocked up on some snacks which will be easy to take to work as I struggled today, I don't get a lunch break so realistically it needs to be something I can eat in the car. 1/2 price pepperamis at tesco and they were selling marmite cheddars for 50p a bag. Got some more pork crunch too.

are you eating enough ? x

I was gonna say, cf, you don't seem to be eating much at all.
I've found on this diet, weirdly, the more full meals I eat (meat, salad/veg, bit of cheese), the more quickly I lose the weight.

Where are your veg? You need a big salad of green veg with mayo to go with lunch and some cooked veg with butter to go with dinner. Ideally a bigger breakfast too - try having a couple of babybels along with your peperami if you're in a rush, or even add an Atkins choc shake to take the edge off your cravings xx

Morning all

B: 2 fried eggs on brown toasted wholemeal.
L: Not sure, I'm going round to my Mother's to sort out her garden today.
D: Mutton curry's cooking in the slow cooker now, probably going to have caulirice and steamed purple sprouting broccoli with that

I was the same when I started, don't worry! Hahaha. I haaaated salad (but I love vegetables - broccoli, cauli etc ) but now I'm forcing myself to eat a salad more-or-less everyday.

I put some salad herbs on it and some mayonnaise and eat it with seasoned chicken or bacon to take the taste off. Mattesons sausage is a good one to mix with salad leaves as it has a strong taste.
If I had to eat salad leaves just on their own I'd chuck up!! :9529:

PS I think the Atkins bars are a bit evil. Everytime I've tried them they have stalled me by a few days.
