What are we eating today?

b- bacon and poached egg
l- cheese salad
d-sausage and cauli cheese
e- dog walk
 
Brunch - massive fry up bacon eggs and sausage
Dinner - chicken and bacon salad with mayo
sncks - bits of ham n cheese all day
Need to eat more veg today but struggling as per - still not back in ketosis since the weekend :(

10pm dinner update, cheese ham and mayo with 2 cups of rocket

Ooh never, but have you tried chives? I have cheese & chive omelettes whether low carbing or not, v tasty (and you can use plenty).

A- whoops my halo has slipped, a few glasses of the vino because I really fancied some, it's a beautiful day

Evening all- what a fabulous weekend! The sun is my friend. Most of the time. Ran this morning and had sunblock on face and neck, but never thought I would need it on my arms - in April? :eek: Cue two slightly pink shoulders. I am fanatical about sunblock, have been in very hot places and come back as white as snow, can't believe I was so daft!

B - two fried eggs
L - prawn salad, blue cheese
D - lamb and broccoli
S - none so far but will probably have mim, and cheesy coleslaw later, and possibly an Atkins bar
W - buckets
A - 0 - work night
E - 10 mile run this morning - it was glorious! :D

L - salad grated cheddar celery and Philadelphia
D - lamb chop cauliflower and cabbage

Snacks - 2 sugar free jelly with a little double cream. More celery.
 
Have been fairly good this weekend with the food, even visiting a food and drink festival today where there were so many cakes, fudge, cakes, fudge and cakes on offer, I saved myself for a pork and black pudding pie which was delish! Unfortunately the crust was too good to leave - oops! The missus however has come back with 4 slabs of various sorts of flapjack and a huge seeded "breakfast" loaf - sob!
 
it takes a brave person to leave the crust !! xx
