What are we eating today?

My day has been a bit skewed with work and then taking the girls to stop with my dad for a few nights
11:30am- pepperami, babybel & marmite cheddar
4pm- 2 chicken drumsticks & a sausage
9pm- chorizo, parma ham & smoked sausage, boursin & spinach. Pork crunch for afters, lol
W- lots

Too light on the veg, I've been chasing my tail and it was literally eat on the hop until 9pm when I sat down and really enjoyed my tea. Need to forward plan a bit. I will have some more spinach for brekkie tomorrow.

B: Left over lamb joint fried up with eggs and mushrooms
L: I have stuff left over from the BBQ on Saturday, so probablly cold sausage and pork chops with salad today
D: Beef curry or casserole, not sure yet

B - 2 rashers of bacon & an omelette

L - salad leaves, cucumber, celery, tuna & mayo

D - chicken, stuffed with philadelphia served with cabbage, cauliflower & spinach & mushrooms.

Snacks .. lots of celery - love it!

L - 2 boiled eggs, some chicken and green salad and sour cream with chives
D - pork chops and cabbage with butter

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
E - hope to do Jillian tonight - could not be arsed in the end - too tired.

Evening all. Bit heavy on the bars today but I didn't have time to eat at work.

B - two fried eggs
S - atkins bar
L - tin of sardines
S - atkins bar
D - pork belly and leftover lamb
S - celery sticks and dip
W - loads
E - 0
A - 0
 
B - scrambled eggs (made with a little bit of cream)
L - tuna mayo, cucumber, 1 beetroot
D - 2 low carb sausages, salad, 50g coleslaw (I know its not ideal but it was 2.6g carbs for 50g)
S - piece of ham, pork scratchings, mackerel strip
E - 1hr at the gym
W - about 1.5L, need more!!!
 
My day has been non-stop since 8am - not had a chance to sit down and eat anything proper until I got home about 9pm, so Jim, look away now!

A: No, but I'd love a wee Jim Beam n Diet Coke!

Tried my first mim last night so had another for brekkie!

B - Cinnamon MIM
L - Tuna mayo with salad & cucumber
D - pork chops with cabbage & cauliflower

Sliced ham, celery & sweet chilli philadelphia as snack.
