What are we eating today?

Morning all :)

B: Fried pork belly and steamed curly kale.
L: Not sure, I miss meeting Colleen for lunch on Wednesday's now I'm retired.
D: Beef, aubergine and spring greens casserole in the slow cooker, going to prepare it now
 
B.eggs,bacon,sausages.
L.tuna mayo salad probably
D.home made chicken kebeb and salad(no pitta
S. ?
W.lots(even though i'm so cold already)

S - cheesy flax biscuity things with philly
L - 3 lc sossies, celery soup
S - some mim and philly
D - home made burgers and caul/broccoli, made a philly, mustard and mushroom sauce to go with it - yummy

E - 1 hour walk down canal with dogbert
W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
A - nope

I wont even bother telling you what I've eaten since yesterday dinner time! I'm such a failure! lol!

Cant even pretend it was low carb! I think I had about 130g of carbs for dinner last night (rough guess-timation) and today, I was doing so well today, and someone came into work with freshly made scottish pancakes (still warm from the gridle, I might add) with butter and jam...

I ate two, but i ate them really quick, so they dont really count! lol!


In my defence (lame attempt here) its tough in my work. Between people bringing cakes and chocolates for me and being surrounded with serial snackers - not to mention being round the corner from the McVities factory (which constantly smells delish btw!), its a lose lose situation.

I do well most of the time. But pancakes....how can anyone resist pancakes?!

Ok, I await my punishment! :p

Beige ketostick this morning - kind of expected it really, as I think I pushed my luck too far yesterday. :eek: I didn't do anything REALLY naughty - nothing really high carb, but I think I just ate too many calories, and not enough water.

So 2 fried eggs and mushrooms for brekkie this morning. Haven't planned any further than that yet, apart from lots more water today.

struggling today just dont want to eat anything meat related, had a ham hock last night and its really put me off!! :9529:

S - celery soup, more corned beef if needed
D - got some lamb mince out, probably The Pie

E - either a walk down canal or Jillian and shake weight

B: Bratties and the remains of the saurkraut fried up in a little goose fat.
L: I'm off to Birmingham today so something in a Cafe
D: First the pub and then a donner and onion salad.
 
Brekkie- Crumbled bacon, mushroom, baked egg on spinach
S- corned beef which is disgusting, I still don't like it, lol, not tried it in years.
Now I'm not very fussed for lunch.
Lunch- cinnamon mim & cream
Dinner- Pepper stuffed with mince maybe topped with camembert and a field mushroom. Served with more spinach. Mmm this was delish.

L - moussaka style cheeseburger pie
D - not sure

W - probably about 3 litres if I concentrate plus coffees
E - dancing - if we go to gig
