So, daft question, can I have a mattesons smoked sausage if i was on low carb? The packet says 0 carbs but I am thinking of swapping from LL and not sure if this would be ok.
It's a favourite of mine and it would be fab to know I could indulge and still lose some weight!

If it says 0 carbs, I would personally have them. Others may disagree....but as carbs is all my books says I need to count, then I would scoff them down lol

Thanks, I think I will give it a go and see how I get on. I am already in ketosis and I lose about 2.5-3lbs a week on LL and would like to see if that could be improved upon with Atkins/low carb eating.
Never happy are we!!!!

We are certainly never happy!! We want the weight off in days, but it came on a lot slower than that!! (though I feel like it came on over night lol)

Fuffs is from Sophs....I could not say Sophie as a baby. I said Fuffy. That became my nickname lol...Most people call me Fluffs on forums. So, it is nice to see it read properly lol

I used to call my brother kissyfur because I couldn't say christopher. Bit of a mouthful when you are little!! Although, technically at 5'2" I still am!!! lol. I still cally him kissyfur every now and again, although at 39, he's not so fond of that!!!
