Top meals are spag bol and cottage pie both using quorn mince and thai chicken curry using extra light philli, peppers, mushrooms and green/red thai paste.

Low syn treats are milky way, curly wurly, options and velvet crunch!

Recipes and substitutes well I like the chicken kiev substitute, not tried anything else! Lol started using quorn mince and using meat free sausages and I like these! Not a fan of beef mince and sausages well I dunno what rubbish goes in them that's why I started using veggie products
