What can I do to give my lower legs 'shape'?

Hello, I looking for some advice on leg exercises. My problem is my legs are basically straight up and down, from the knees to the ankles there is no definition at all and I think it looks really unattractive and strange! They've always been like this, no matter if I'm very very slim or carrying extra weight. When I was younger I did a lot of dancing (ballet, tap, modern) and I used to run cross country but they were still the same then! I basically have no muscle definition in my calves and I've large 'cankles' and very wide feet unfortunately so it all merges together.

I'm going to a few weddings this summer and I'd love to be able to wear dresses that show my legs without feeling so self conscious. Does anyone know of any exercises I could do to help add definition to that area?

Weight training will define leg muscles, you need to lift some weights, you tube shows you how to do exercises better and look t strength raining sites for women.
