What can I do with marscapone?

I had my shopping delivered and they substitued my quark with marscapone. I've never used it before so what can I do with it?

Yeah dont forget the mascarpone is synned unlike the quark! 6 syns for 28g!

You can refuse a substitution and they will take it back and refund it to your card.

It makes lovely icing for buns, cheesecake topping or creamy pasta sauce. Shame syns are quite high though: I tend to use ricotta, which is lower and somewhere between quark and masacarpone for creaminess.

Can you have mascarpone as a HEB on a green day does anyone know? You can have ricotta.

Thanks for the replies everyone ~ if I was at home when my shopping arrived I would have refused it but my husband accepted it!

Never mind some of the recipes look delicious so may just use some syns on those
