It tends to be cheaper than chicken as we are family of 4 hubby currently sick from work we live on benefits so I replace chicken with turkey when I can

Turkey bacon and thyme casserole is very nice.

Stir fry it

Slice it thinly and marinate in grated ginger and garlic, with five spice powder and soy sauce. Hen stir fry with plenty of veggies, beat sprouts, etc and it's lovely

I use turkey mince to make syn free chilli and also the strips for stir frys. or you could make turkey burgers?
