Broxi... I posted on your other thread about how I intend to deal with it, ie mixing my days up a little so that I can have an UD when I should really be having a DD...

I would suggest that it is exactly the same... just have a DD after your 2 UDs, and resume the cycle

Yes I know some people only have 3 dd's a week (Mon, Weds, Fri) so they can have the weekend as up days. Still lose, just maybe not quite as much if you stuck to alternate days. But 2 up days in a row now and again can't hurt, as long as you get straight back on with a dd to follow.
