what do you do with your yolks?

I just wondered what people do with their 'spare' yolks. I make lots of things requiring egg whites but no (or at least fewer) yolks. I give one to my dog every now and then but I don't really want to give her a yolk or 2 every day, and it seems such a waste to flush them...

Custard, mayo adding to my quark with sugar and flavourings for a yummy rich creme. Bung them in everything but do not thorw them out

Cats... not mine, the strays in the country... Weekdays I throw them out, I'm afraid else it's still ME eating them!
