    Heya all .... a bit of a "confused.com" question.

Last night for tea i had a wholemeal bap with bacon in, (no marg) ... with a bit of cheese (HexA .. 28g mild chedder grated) .... (awfully nice it was too :D )

Now 57g of that wholemeal bun can be classed as a HexB ... But it weighed in at 79g ... Now i`m sorry, but i`m not enough of a sadist to pick bits off it and throw it away just to get it to be the 57g ... So how would you record it in your food diary ? ? ...... Do it as a HexB and then add maybe 2 syns ?

Thankyou ... all imput welcome ....

Well 28g of a wholemeal roll is 3.5 syns, so the extra 22g works out as 2.75 syns. I'd count it as a HexB + 3 syns to be safe :)Like you, I don't do pulling bits off a roll to make it a HexB, lol! :D xx

That's what I would do, too, although I've read on here about someone who pulls a chunk out of the middle of the roll to get it to the right weight and save syns. Actually quite a good idea, as it's not like we'd miss it :)
