Looks good, but I agree with a previous post. You need some bulking out a bit, I think you might get hungry quickly and be more tempted to snack. :)

I agree brown rice etc are fab but new potatoes are actually classed as low GI so it's 'fine' to eat them :) I have them really often!!

Naughty naughty missing lunch lol........mmm cake!!!
