What do you think of this kettlebell routine?

I've put together a kettlebell routine, done it a few times and was just wanting some feedback really. I do it with a 7kg kettlebell. Any thoughts, suggestions, advice etc is welcomed!

Warm Up

Set 1
10 x around the world (each way)
5 x clean (each arm)
5 x clean and press (each arm)
6 x halo (each way)
10 x high pulls (each arm)
10 x triple crush

30-60 second break

Set 2
10 x windmill (left arm)
10 x double arm swing
10 x windmill (right arm)
10 x double arm swing
10 x snatch (each arm)
10 x russian twist
10 x single arm swing (each arm)

30-60 second break

Repeat again and then cool down

Hi Caroline. The routine seems to be all upper body? is that what you were aiming for? might be worth putting in a few lunges
what's a russian twist?
How long does it take you to run through this? I think i'll give it a go tonight.
 
I do some squat rows in my warm up but probably could do with a little more lower body, thanks.

It's about 20-25 minutes I think.
 
I make my own routines - I have post its all over as a result

Some thoughts though

1. not much legs/back - unless you have a complementary session?
2. How about some body weight exercises too - press up, mountain climbers - what do you like doing?
3. Big muscles first work down to small ones. Timed tends to work you harder than reps for workouts like this

Swing
Clean
Squat
Clean and press
Swing
Lunge
Snatch

1 x 1 min of each done twice (14mins)

Windmill
Crush or 21's
High pull
Good morning
Calf raise
Russian Twist
Sit up and press

10x each, rinse and repeat

Cool down, and relax

I combine it with Turbo Jam which is lots of kicks, twists etc and I did crunches, planks and sit ups with it too

Hi Caroline. :) Obviously I can't speak for Martin but I read it to mean 'repeat', like when shampoo bottles say 'lather, rinse, repeat'. :)

(I've just checked the index in KB for Dummies to make sure I wasn't making a muppet of myself if 'the rinse' was in fact the best known of all the kettlebell moves :D )
