I've put together a kettlebell routine, done it a few times and was just wanting some feedback really. I do it with a 7kg kettlebell. Any thoughts, suggestions, advice etc is welcomed!
Warm Up
Set 1
10 x around the world (each way)
5 x clean (each arm)
5 x clean and press (each arm)
6 x halo (each way)
10 x high pulls (each arm)
10 x triple crush
30-60 second break
Set 2
10 x windmill (left arm)
10 x double arm swing
10 x windmill (right arm)
10 x double arm swing
10 x snatch (each arm)
10 x russian twist
10 x single arm swing (each arm)
30-60 second break
Repeat again and then cool down
